An open-plan layout has the living area—which features a couch, sleek wooden coffee table and a wide-screen TV with Netflix—sitting alongside a four-person dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the city’s famous culinary scene or cook up a storm, making use of all the modern appliances including a two-burner gas cooktop, oven, fully-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils.

A well-lit bedroom features a queen bed dressed in quality linen and in-built, mirrored wardrobes. A pristine, modern bathroom features black-tiled flooring, a shower, large vanity and the convenience of a laundry area equipped with a washing machine.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

South Yarra—arguably one of Melbourne’s best suburbs—is known for its vibrant cafés, Chapel Street shopping, trendy bars and overflowing restaurants; and you’ll be just seconds away from it all staying on leafy Darling Street. A short walk will take you to Chapel Street, Royal Botanical Gardens or the trendy suburb of Richmond.

Head to Darling Cafe for a local favourite breakfast spot or treat yourself to dinner at Cucinetta, where you’ll enjoy delicious Italian wine and classic fare like cacio e pepe.

Whether you’re here for the Australian Open Tennis, AFL at the MCG or Formula 1 Grand Prix at Albert Park; South Yarra is a stone’s throw from it all. Plus, if you’re not exploring by car, South Yarra Station is three minutes’ walk away and is only two stops from the city centre.

Council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Standard check-in time for meet-and-greet is from 3pm-8pm. Check-in after 8pm will incur a $35 fee. If you are running late to meet our key handler, please let us know ASAP. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler, as this is what the service charges us.
