Enjoy the stunning views of the inner city from our rooftop balcony. For cyclists, we provide bike racks in the ground floor entrance lobby, along with charging facilities for e-bikes. The nearby Brook Street and Maitai Valley bike trails are a stone's throw away for outdoor enthusiasts.
Inner City Apartments - 3 is one of four new & modern apartments with offering unparalleled city convenience and everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.
Whether you're a business traveler looking for proximity to the CBD without the need for a car, a couple seeking a convenient urban retreat, or parents with children in tow, our apartment is the ideal choice.

City parking - Available at $2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit with the first hour free. Fees apply weekdays from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. Parking is free outside and unrestricted outside of these times.
Free all-day parking - In addition to the free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery.
Stairs - This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair only access.
