Perfect Local is a 3 bed two bath home located in a cute east side neighborhood close to shopping, grocery stores, downtown, the river, and all of the main Hospitals. This home has 3 bedrooms, two bath and has been updated nicely and is well furnished. Has parking for up to 4 cars off street in front of the home for 2 vehicles and on street parking in front of the home.

This property is very clean, roomy and had very comfortable beds. The linens/bath towels were high quality and there were plenty provided. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room to visit.

Great Location!!

We wanted to stay somewhere close to the east side for some fun and shopping. Great location for all of that!! Space is large also and the backyard space is great!!

Perfect Wichita Stay!

Met our needs

This is a basic accommodation. We stayed four nights but spent little time at the house as we were visiting family. So we basically needed beds and bathrooms. The kitchen has the bare necessities. Nothing fancy here but the price was reasonable..location was very very convenient.

Family weekend stay

The house was clean and spacious. It had all the basics we needed for a weekend stay with our young children. The location was residential and felt safe to stay and walk the neighborhood. The extra trundle bed was a wonderful surprise for more sleeping room!

Rental had a significant odor to it. Could use a few days of an Ozone machine. Main bedroom only had 2 outlets not close enough to bed so could not plug in phones or CPAP. No extension cords or power strips to off set this issue.

Really sorry this was his experience but didn’t ask for extension cords or a light bar prior to or during his stay. In addition didn’t say anything about the odor either. We try hard to make people happy but we cannot fix what we don’t know is broken. Thank you for staying.

Nice place to stay for the weekend

We had a great time in Wichita. We were very happy with this house we stayed in. Only thing I would recommend is that the cleaning company check cabinets when cleaning. We found a carton of raw eggs in one of the cabinets and musty water still in the coffee maker but otherwise the inside of the property was very clean. We would stay here again if we need lodging in Wichita.

Great property

The house was clean and a tad Spartan - which as the mom of a 3 year old I totally appreciate. We have stayed places before with lots of decor that we end up saving from our kiddo. The fenced backyard was great for playing and it fit our needs well. If you are looking for a clean place that’s spacious, this is the one.

The house worked well for 4 adults. The bedrooms were good, as was the main bathroom. The kitchen wasn’t as well supplied as I’d hoped. It would be challenging to cook there, although the appliances were fine. The kitchen cabinets need some work.
