My friend and I stayed from October 16th - 20th and had a wonderful time. The host was available to answer our questions and provide us with whatever was needed. The property itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the little homey touches, such as the October decor and tea caddy with biscuits and other treats. I definitely hope to stay there again for future visits to Guelph!

Host did not leave enough parking space on the driveway nor informed me Guelph city rules that you can't park on the street. We are from out of town/province where rules like this don't exist. The streets don't have signs themselves and I incurred a 50 fine as a result. There was in house laundry but no laundry soap. Dogs upstairs barked until midnight on our last nights stay. We have dogs at home and understand barking but this was pretty excessive considering the apartment is downstairs. Otherwise a clean unit and beds were comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very cozy, with lots of natural light, and a very comfortable bed. The host is excellent and happily provided what we needed. My wife and I look forward to staying here again next time we're in town.

Very clean and private. We had the ability to walk to a shopping pliza for necessities. It's listed as a two bedroom but is actually a one bedroom with a pull out bed in living room.

Visiting to host Book club, and stayed for 2 nights. Both beds comfortable, but one is a fold out couch in living room. All the gadgets you could want, and very modern decor. Happy to stay again

It’s nice apartment - newly renovated, very clean and nicely decorated. The price is great. The description could be clearer - it’s a one bedroom (not 2) and the parking is on the street because the driveway is full. It is also a basement apartment so expect noise from above but it’s hard to beat the price in this area.

Exactly as advertised and well equipped! It is a basement apartment, so we found it to be a little chilly, and were unable to locate a thermostat anywhere to control the temperature ourselves. We both thought the shower could definitely be hotter.
