1500 sq ft of space just for you. 2 queen beds, a modular sofa for you and your group to comfortably sleep. All new furniture & clean and comfy linens.

Laundry, parking, internet included.

Fully equipped kitchen and a huge dining room. Patio to enjoy watching the starts or reading a book!

Unobstructed views to greenery, perfect to relax or work from home! Bright, airy and exceptionally clean! Cleaning fees, 1 night stay fees and pet feels are applicable. NOTE: Lower unit is separate and also on short-term rental (you will note locked door from both side - so no shared areas with lower unit guests). Master ensuite stays locked and may be requested for additional $110/night if your group is larger than 4 guests. Other locked areas in home include cleaners’ closets.

Clean, the amount of space for the price was great. The bedrooms aren't large (both comfortably fit a queen so of course not small) but the main living space was very spacious.

The hosts were very accommodating and helpful during a hard time for our family. The house was decorated nicely and had all the items we needed to make our stay smooth and like home away from home. Host was very responsive. Condo is modern, new and very clean. Comfortable furniture and beds - all in good working order. In a great location close to University of Guelph 7 minute drive). Only suggestion would be to add a few more basic comforts such as night tables and lamps in bedrooms and a chair or small bench in entrance way as hard to put on winter boots standing up. Apart from that, a great spot that we would stay at again and recommend.
