We loved how easy it was to balance fun and rest here. Tennis courts, a fitness room, and the short walk to the beach kept us active, while the condo itself was spacious and well equipped for downtime. The location was close to dining and shops yet still peaceful.

Stay here for a great time!

Clean convenient and fun place to stay with a great staff on hand. Pools, grills, carts, coolers and beach chairs make it a perfect spot to fly in and enjoy the sun. Highly recommend and will be a repeat custoner.

Our condo surpassed our expectations!

It was immaculately clean. The kitchen well equipped. We even had access to a beach wagon, chairs and towels! The location was convenient not only to the beach, but to the Village, grocery store and even the local Catholic Church. We did not stay long enough!

Nice community with well maintained pools, pickleball courts, outdoor grilling area. Beach access was a long walk but very nice private beach area. Condo interior is nice but a bit dated and mechanical equipment could use some maintenance attention, including fans, washer/dryer, outlet malfunction, etc.

I found everything very satisfactory. The only issue I had was that the TV in the living room had to be reconnected to the internet 3 times in the 2 weeks and in the bedroom the TV would not work and it turned out the box had fallen behind the dresser (which I would not have known about)

Gulf and Bay Bayside

Our stay at gulf and Bay Bayside was very enjoyable! Everything in our unit looked exactly like the pictures we saw online. It was very clean and we had everything that we needed. One of the issues that we ran into was that the AC was not working the first night we arrived. The woman at the office came over the next day and was able to figure out the issue and got it turned on for us. The other issue was that the drier was making a very loud noise when it was running. I called the office about this too, and a couple days later they had someone come out to look at it. It wasn't able to be fixed, so I was given a different unit where I could dry clothes from. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The property had a calm atmosphere that made it easy to recharge, and I loved being able to walk to the beach whenever I wanted. It felt safe, comfortable, and welcoming, which made the whole experience both peaceful and refreshing.
