A real home away from home

Great Little Gem

This little gem was a wonderful place to stay! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was amazing! Perfect little getaway spot...I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Peaceful getaway

This property was the perfect spot for my wife and I to get away to for a few days. The residence was clean, comfortable and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the property to any couples looking for somewhere to stay while exploring the area.

Wonderful place right in Prescott!

This place is wonderful! It is beautiful, charming, and VERY clean. It is fully stocked with everything you need. It is very comfortable and the owners and managers have thought through every detail. I would love to stay here again! It was great!

Excellent Place - Close to Downtown

This was our second time staying here, we will most definitely book again. Clean, well stocked, close to central Prescott making access to food, stores, etc. a short trip. We have two kids, plenty of space on the large couch for them to have plenty of room and sleep comfortably.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Just what we needed while in town visiting friends. Lisa's place was comfortable and homey, and had everything we could need. We appreciated the Brita pitcher with cold water in the fridge and the large comfortable sectional to relax on at the end of the days. The place was neat and clean on our arrival, and Lisa's check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Space

Lisa and wade have truly put together a warm clean, safe space. These guys are responsive and accommodating. The Home itself is close to town and centrally located. I stayed in unit B, its tastefully remolded and clean as a whistle. I highly recommend staying here or anywhere else the hosts have properties.

Very Comfortable!

We loved this little condo. The couch and bed were so comfortable! And the kitchen had everything you need. The only downside was that there was no washer/dryer in the unit. But there is a laundry room onsite, so bring quarters. Downtown Prescott is a short walk from the condo which was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Perfectly appointed flat. Immaculate. Everything you could imagine needing was provided.

The property is very well laid out. Excellent use of space. The sectional is so comfortable. It fits 4-5 but I took up half of it,because I could. Completely remodeled. Close to town and shopping-food stores. We will return.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY

We travel a lot all over the world and condo 142B Rush St. in Prescott, AZ, was just great. No complaints at all. Nice and clean, with everything one might need. Newly refurbished. Great location. When we return to Prescott in the future this is where we will stay assuming it is available. Can see that booking far in advance will be necessary as this is one wonderful condo. The owners do a super job with their properties and it certainly shows.

Great Find - As Advertised

Beautiful condo/townhome. Everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Nice property, walking distance to many areas, including downtown. The owners have provided a book with all the necessary information, as well as a designated person to handle any questions. We would definitely stay again and will let our families & friends know. Loved it! Excellent unit, great location, wonderful owners.

We loved this unit as soon as we walked in the door. It was exactly as advertised - extremely clean, comfortable furniture, nice layout, and well equipped, with a parking spot just steps from the front door. We stayed for six nights and the location was great for exploring. We loved hiking around Watson Lake and took day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The unit is close to the town square (took us about 15 minutes to walk) and our favorite restaurant was The Raven Café. Lisa and Wade were wonderful - quick to respond and helpful. Totally thrilled with our experience. Thank you!

Super clean and quiet

This property was really clean, quiet and well appointed. My husband was recovering from open heart surgery so I ended up on the pull out couch, which I found very comfortable! I loved that the location was close to downtown and found the walk really quick and easy; my husband was looking for more of a remote location. We initially had some trouble with the TV but Lisa got right back to us and helped us figure it out quickly. If you want somewhere clean and quiet, and less than a mile to some delicious restaurants downtown, this is for you.

PV TRIP

Was billed as “close walk to downtown”. Even though it was fairly close, the walk home would be all uphill and actually too far for me, even though I love walking. Parking was awesome. Amenities were great/nothing was missing. We couldn’t figure out how to use the keurig option on the coffee maker so maybe instructions. Owner responded quickly to questions. Everything was spotless.
