This guest damaged the property & refused to cover the cost, I will definitely not have him back at any of our properties. Do not recommend at all

Great location . Cute cottage with pool

The house is in a great location, easy walking distance to shops and beach. Has some lovely out side spaces to sit and relax including the pool space. I needed to clean it when we arrived and change all the bedding because there were lots of insects all over the beds and floors, I had to change anll the bedding annd vacuum and mop as soon as we arrived. Everything else was good. Kitchen has loads of cooking utensils and crockery. I would stay here again.

Thanks so much Dominque, it was great having you and appreciated the care you took with the property. Its unfortunate you had the experience with the bugs. I had the property sprayed for mosquitos pre Christmas, for guest comfort and I believe what has happened is that with the storm prior to your stay this has flushed them out. The beds were made up fresh with new linen only a day prior to your arrival and post check out of the previous guest. I'm sorry you had to clean when you arrived, it appears to be a one off situation. I'm so pleased you will be coming back to stay and look forward to hosting you again. Thanks so much Kellie

Upon arrival the property was very dark and the driveway hard to access with plants blocking the drive . Upon inspection the property was dirty in the main bedroom with spider webs from the roof and the draws had previous items of underwear left behind ! The freezer also had previous items from the last tenants still present !

This guest lost keys to the property calling & texting on Good Friday, he then said he had found them but what he actually did was lie about it & then return a set of keys we keep in the house.. we have had to change the locks - it’s a single car driveway - the house was clean, however Anglesea is in the bush and a spider can make a web in a day - for a 3 night stay the owner decided to leave some items in the freezer The good news is Kevin won’t be welcome in any of our properties in the future Please stay somewhere else
