Clean, great location and awesome view from the top floor. We had no issues during our stay. Kitchen was well equipped and newer washer/dryer was perfect for quick wash of clothes & towels. 5-10 minutes away from anything you need - restaurants, ice-cream, grocery store, Barefoot Landing and other attractions.

Great Stay

Owner goes above and beyond to accommodate. Very responsive to texts and calls. Unit was very comfortable and what we expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Condo ever stayed at in North Myrtle Beach

Easy access to beach and great location close to lots of restaurants. Condo was roomy, clean and just the oasis for a great vacation. View from balcony was great.

Perfect Place

We had a wonderful stay at Randy's. From the beginning, communication was prompt. All instructions were clear and concise; very easy check in and check out. The condo is quaint, we love the retro feel and ambiance. The view from the unit was absolutely breathtaking. This is a central location, easy access to everything. We would stay again! We also really appreciated the offer to check in a couple hours early....totally unsolicited! Awesome!

Weekend stay

We took a quick trip down for the weekend and have no complaints. The place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies (although the sofa and chair in the living room have seen better days). Loved the hall shower! Be sure to bring your own shampoo and hair dryer, as those are not supplied. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy, peaceful, friendly atomsphere

The condo was clean and well kept. Any problems were promptly addressed. We enjoyed our stay. The beach was clean and easy to access from the condo. The only problem we had was the ordnance that did not allow canopies for our little child. There were lots of umbrellas allowed.

Great vacation!

The condo is in a great location close to everything and beautiful view right on the beach. Everything from booking to checking in and out was so easy! The condo was clean had plenty of room and comfortable beds. We were provided plenty of towels and everything we needed when we got there. The condo is fully stocked for anything you would need! Thanks for making everything so easy! We will be back!

Great Family Location PLUS Amazing Ocean View

If you are looking for a great ocean front spot in North Myrtle, this is an awesome place! We loved the location. We felt safe the entire time. My kids loved the pool and my little loved the kiddy pool. It was nice to not have to load up the car and drive to the ocean. We were literally just steps away. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful few days

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend girls trip. The condo was fantastic and the location was great. A huge shoutout to the condo staff that worked hard to keep the lobby / common areas spotless at all times. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great location, comfortable

Only thing I would change is to add outdoor private showers to get the sand out of kid's swimsuits. Otherwise, it's perfect. We'll definitely be going back to this building.

Enjoyed our stay on N Myrtle Beach, condo worked well for family of five.

We enjoyed our stay, and generally everything was good at the condo. We had three generations present (two parents, two kids, one grandparent), and the floorplan worked well for all of us. We liked being close to the south end of the large condo buildings on N. Myrtle Beach, as we could go for long morning/night walks and easily get to areas with fewer people, better shells, etc. Only a couple of complaints - it was dfficult to fully close the sliding patio door off the living room from the outside, and we wound up either having to go through the doors off the master bedroom, or else the AC would kick off. Also the unit lacked a blender (or we were unable to find it). Otherwise we had a nice and relaxing stay and plan to return next year.

nice place , perfect for our situation!

I booked this unit a little late in the season. It was perfect for our family situation because we needed a Thursday to Thursday rental rather than traditional Sat. to Sat. 6 adults and a 2 year old. Easy to get in and out. Unit was nice, exactly like the pictures show. Beach was beautiful and easily accessible. The rental company was great to work with. Extremely responsive. Sent us everything we needed electronically to access the unit. Place had everything we needed in the kitchen, appliances etc. and Cable TV etc. Would stay there again!

A beautiful condo with spectacular views in an awesome location!!

We loved staying in Water Pointe 1 and this condo was perfect for our family. The views were spectacular and staying over the 4th of July holiday weekend, we had great views of the fireworks shows up and down the beach. It’s a short walk to the ocean and the pools in the resort were awesome as well. The condo itself was really well appointed and had everything we needed for an awesome stay. We cooked in the kitchen often and had no problem finding things and making ourselves at home. I love that the unit had a washer and dryer and dishwasher. It made things so convenient. The beds were really comfortable and the main bedroom has an incredible view of the ocean. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Ocean View

Pros The condo has a fantastic ocean view and is fully furnished and clean. The location is very close to restaurants, Pharmacy, and grocery stores. Cons The third bedroom size is way too small to be considered a bedroom. The check-out time(before 10:00 am) was way too early. Most places' check-out time is around noon to 1:00 pm. You must leave the condo clean (which you are charged for it) for the cleaning crew to pick up the laundry.

Very nice building

Very nice building with accomodations as described. Elevator in building, quick access to the beach (even for someone with a walker), indoor and outdoor pools. Hosts responded quickly to questions!

Our favorite location at NMB

This is our 2nd stay at Waterpointe 1, unit 1006, and this has become our favorite location in North Myrtle Beach. The condo is large enough for 2 adults and 2 children to have space to themselves. Indoor and outdoor pools, quick, easy access to the beach and Barefoot Landing is just around the corner. One big reason that we like this area is the creek that feeds into the ocean at Ocean Creek resort. This is something you don't see too often, and it is a perfect distance for our morning and afternoon walks on the beach. Check out this area of North Myrtle Beach and I think you too will see the magic.

Great time at Waterpointe 1 and North Myrtle Beach

Nothing in life is perfect but we gave a 5 star rating because Randy and Debbie from Happy Crab Vacations did us such a great job. They described the unit exactly how it was and responded to any questions or requests very promptly. We were impressed how clean and neat the unit was on our arrival. The kitchen, which we used often, had all the kitchenware that we needed. The building itself and pool area were also clean and neat. We were also pleased with the area and North Myrtle Beach.

Happy Days

We had a marvelous time and so enjoyed the sound of the waves from the balcony. The size of the building allows for easy maneuvering without crowds, and the location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping . We feel it is so much better than those huge, gigantic resorts! The unit had everything needed, especially in the kitchen and the view was perfect. I would suggest a handle on the outside of the sliding door to make closing easier. Thanks to the management for taking care of our needs.

Definitely enjoyed our stay and plenty of room for five adults and one child. You will need to bring your own hairdryer as well as washcloths as only 3 were provided. This VRBO was not as stocked as previous stays at other VRBO‘s. We do not use the owners products but if needed it was there and we always replace. Otherwise had a great time.
