Overall it was a great vacation and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo was fully stocked with extras, its clean and decorated very nicely. Communication with owners was great we would stay again.

Great view from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable.Very convenient for everything you need for your stay. We love fishing in the surf and the pier as well. Sea and suds restaurant was fabulous!! We had a great time thank you for having us

Memorial Day Week Stay

This condo worked out wonderfully for our family of 4. All the rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and the like so we couls enjoy meals from the balcony.

Love the location

This property is attached to the Sea ‘N Suds restaurant in the beach, making it very convenient for eating out. Also within walking distance to The Hangout and convenience stores. We’ve stayed in this condo before and will stay here again - it’s perfect.

Perfect family vacation!

This was a long-awaited trip for us and the kids and it did not disappoint! The condo was excellent! Great location and it didn't hurt that the weather cooperated! Two thumbs up and 5 stars!!

2024 Vacay!

The place was great! The location was awesome! Right on the beach next to a great restaurant!!! The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals! It would have been nice if there were some beach chairs there to use, but other than that it was a great vacation!!

This “refurbished” property was not so refurbished. There were cracks in door frames. Doors were filthy. The mirror in the bathroom was bordered in rust. The ring behind the toilet was all rusted. There was a smoke alarm, I think it was a smoke alarm with no cover. There was an outlet cover pulling away from the wall. There was a bucket under the sink collecting leaking water. The hard furniture was old. It was not very clean. There was even a pair of panties under one of the dressers. I will never rent this property again. It was a big waste of my hard earned money.

John, Sorry and surprised to hear your comments since we heard nothing from you during your stay. We decided to wait until you departed to replace the garbage disposal rather than inconvenience you. We left the back plate of the previous smoke alarm on the wall and installed a new smoke and carbon dioxide detector next to it. When renters are checking out at 10:00 am and the next group coming in at 4:00 pm you do what’s necessary to get the property ready. No excuses for some of your complaints, however, when it appears you are looking under and behind places to find something you probably will. I mean the ring on the toilets water supply line, really?

Overall, the property was great! My only complaint is that the door in the bedroom that led to the balcony was not sealed. All of the doors leading out had seen better days. The location was convenient, and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops.

Boardwalk is a well managed property located close to everything. The pool area has a huge deck and the Sea N Suds restaurant is right there (best shrimp sandwich and fresh oysters found anywhere).
