Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and kind rating. We're so pleased to hear the property was spotless and that the central heating kept you all warm and comfortable during your stay. We understand how convenient it would have been to have milk available after a late arrival, and we’ll take that on board as we continue refining the guest experience.
