The Space

Through the entry foyer you will be welcomed into a thoughtfully design, modern two storey home. Downstairs you’ll find the king master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe, there is also a bedroom with king single near the entry. There is a laundry room with washing machine and separate toilet in a powder room.
The living, dining and kitchen area is a lovely open plan area at the back of the home, with a glass sliding door out onto the patio area which overlooks the local footy field. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with dishwasher, 900mm wide oven/stove, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Enjoy the extra large and comfortable couch in the main living area with a 65" smart TV.
Upstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms, both with a king bed. There is a shared bathroom and separate toilet. At the top of the stairs is a build in desk, perfect for ‘working from home’ while away on holidays or a business trip. There is a second sitting area upstairs with TV and a kitchenette and balcony overlooking the footy oval.
