'By The Beach' Seaside Holiday Home Margaret River

The modern self contained home features polished concrete floors and rammed limestone walls. The fully landscaped garden makes a fabulous entertaining area with bbq, outdoor seating and massive lawn area. Limestone steps at the front of the house take you down to the road for a short walk to the amazing beaches, restaurants and kids playgrounds. When you return there is an outdoor shower to rinse off in.

'By the Beach' is suitable for families or for multiple couples with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The area has a large outdoor entertaining area with wooden deck, BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Inside there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The master bedroom is situated upstairs with a king sized bed and has its own large ensuit. The room has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors leading to the balcony that has stunning ocean views. A beautiful place to watch the sunset with a delicious wine from the region. There is also a flatscreen tv and built in wardrobe in this room.

Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and plenty of bench space for cooking and entertaining. The dining area is an open plan space next to the kitchen. This room has glimpses of ocean views and north facing windows. This allows lovely light to filter through while the glass sliding doors can be opened up to bring the outside in. There is also a flatscreen tv in this room .

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs - one with a king sized bed, one with 2 king singles and both have built in wardrobes. Another spacious bathroom and separate toilet room are next to the bedrooms. The bathroom features a luxurious free standing bath and shower.

A beautifully appointed lounge room is at the end of the house and has an entry to the garden via a large sliding door. This is a spacious room to relax in and features a large Smart tv with VAST satellite stations and DVD player.


All bedrooms have block out blinds and regular blinds throughout the rest of the house for your privacy, heaters and pedestal fans.

**Owners live onsite in a detached studio apartment separate and private to the main house.
*There is not a laundry on site available to guests*
The main house will be your own area with private, off street, outdoor parking with shared driveway with the owners**

Return family trip

We stayed here 9 years ago with little kids and returned for my wife’s birthday with older kids and the house was just as amazing as it was last time. Thank you Ariana and Reed, perfect house and location! Hope to come again!

Beachside Wonderland

The perfect stay of elegance and simplicity! We loved our stay here at By The Beach, the design of the house was incredibly beautiful but the location is what makes it. A short stroll to White Elephant Cafe and Gnarabup Beach, it was so easy to get around!With ocean views from the main bedroom and natural light galore, this stay was one of my favourites allowing us to relax as well as entertain in a beautiful dynamic space.

Great location

Great location, lovely home and had great outdoor courtyard. We came to Margaret River for a wine weekend this was a perfect location to get to all of the wineries. We had so much fun staying at our home. It was perfect for 6 adults. The owners were very responsive with every question, really appreciated.

Coastal getaway

We had a wonderful weekend at By the beach. The hosts were very accommodating and the property was beautiful. We could see whales from the bedroom balcony! We’ll definitely be back.

A peaceful stay

The house was beautiful and a delight to live in. We were there for two nights and would happily have extended our stay if our itinerary had permitted. The hosts were excellent, and having them living in their own home at the rear of the property was no issue… it was completely private. I can’t fault the experience.

Fantastic house in beautiful location

Very comfortable house in perfect location. BBQ very dirty. Aircon upstairs did not work properly snd nerd extension cord in small bedroom for fan. Just some feedback.

Gorgeous and relaxing

The property had everything we needed and was a delightful oasis to retreat to at the end of our days of tours and lunches. The grass area is lovely and the view of the ocean was picturesque. It was very clean and well kept, with the addition of the coffee machine and plenty of pods very appreciated. Easy and quick communication with the host and they were very kind to allow us a slightly later checkout, which we requested because of our late flight departing from Perth. Would come back again.

Family wedding in Gnarabup

Owners were so welcoming and helpful. They even helped to retrieve a tennis ball off the roof and replenished our supply of coffee pods. Such a beautiful home and great to be separated from owners by private walled garden and lovely green lawn

Lovely stay at 'By The Beach'

We really enjoyed our stay whilst visiting Margaret River. The property is stunning. Owners are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Worth noting, the owners live onsite in a separate property at the rear of the holiday let. They very much kept to themselves.

Top Spot

Fantastic property containing everything you need for your stay. Beautiful views, close walk to the beach, cafe, Commons Bistro and coastal walks. Reed was a very accommodating host with plenty of helpful information and insights into the area. Definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful home. Great location.

I stayed in this beautiful home with my bestie as we explored Open Art Studios. We LOVED being a stones throw from the beach, around the corner from Common’s delicious food and the calm views from the house were just what we needed. Big thanks to our hosts for putting their gorgeous home up for rent and for the welcoming message too.

Great family getaway

Fabulous property in a quiet street, a stone’s throw from Gnarabup beach. Well appointed and very comfortable. The only downside was that there is no air conditioning upstairs, which made the master bedroom extremely hot. Otherwise, would highly recommend.
