Good space. Could be cleaner.
The size of the house was lovely. Good view of the lake. Did have an issue with the cleanliness. Chip packet and bits of used tissue on the main bedroom floor. Dirty laundry from a previous occupant still in the laundry basket and on the water heater. We needed to scrape dried off food from 3 pans plus needed to clean some bowls prior to use. Floor had not been swept properly with bits of dead skin and toast evident. Vacuum cleaner didn’t suck up and blew out dust. Communication about the cleanliness upon our return was not answered until a second email sent. Response was that on a future occasion with this agency we should contact the office when the issues were noticed. An unrealistic observation given we were there over a weekend and public holiday. Feel that the complaint was trivialised. I don’t go on holiday to clean both on arrival and departure.
Additionally it would be nice to have keys to unlock windows rather than needing to keep sliding door open overnight.
