Great location. Clean, well maintained, organized condo. We were welcomed with several local treats. Host was very responsive.Beds were comfortable Backyard was a great way to end the day. Loved the two bathrooms. We had so much fun!!

This house was absolutely incredible. It was so clean and spacious for our family of 5. From the welcome basket to all the finishing touches we had all necessities we needed at all times. It was central to everything we wanted to see: 35 minutes to all beaches, restaurants we wanted. We loved Summerside: Samuels, The Knot, The Shipyard, the boardwalk, horse races, Spinnaker's shops. We will definitely recommend this home, location to others and we would love to come back. Thank you so so much Kathy.

Great Vibe

My family of five stayed at this wonderful location and thoroughly enjoyed it. My college aged daughter said it was her ideal house. Huge common area with bedrooms that branched off. We walked to town for ice cream at Holmans (a must) and used the beach path to bike out of town on the Confederation trail. Superb accommodations.

A Wonderful Rental

We had a great time, Kathy was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. She had the fridge stocked with basic necessities and even had kids cups, plates, utensils and a playpen which was very convenient. The fact that she allowed us to use the garage was perfect for my husband to store his dirt bike while we were off doing activities as we came to PEI for a race and made a trip of it. Highly recommend Kathy’s vacation home.

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed for two nights during our eastern Canada roadtrip and it was exactly what we needed. Everything was very clean and Kathy thought of every amenity we could possible need - and some we didn’t know we needed! She was very promo in answering our questions and provided a welcome basket upon arrival. We were reluctant to leave, we could have stayed forever!

Girla trip

Comfortable, great location had many little touches that went above and beyond expectations. Enjoyed snacks and jam. Clean , roomy and it had all dishes/utelsils/towels we needed. Only suggestion would be curtains in dining room, black out curtain in front bedroom and safety bars in master bath. Would highly recommend this rental.

What a gem

What a wonderful place to stay while in summerside. Right next to the boardwalk and water. Kathys home has everything you need for the stay. The space in her home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I would come back in a heartbeat. Communication with Kathy was seamless. Thanks so much for making our stay so pleasant!
