SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made.
PAYMENTS: A 2.02% surcharge will apply to credit card payments.
With 2 bedrooms this unit is great for smaller groups of 1-6 guests, fully self- contained unit with a good sized kitchen, fridge and deep freezer, gas stove/oven and a dining area.
Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
