The condo was great! View was really wonderful. coffee on the deck each morning was really nice. The beds were comfortable with lots of linens. It really was a great trip and a great place to stay.

Couldn’t ask for a better view, excellent location. Enjoyed seeing all the deer, wild turkeys and chipmunks on the way in and out and on walks. Large family room for gathering and roomy master BR

Great view and comfort

Condo on top of the hill providing great view of the lake. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Host was very helpful in answering questions and making sure we had a relaxing time. Access to lake limited without a boat, but still was able to enjoy the cool waters at the dock.

Disappointing

The property was nicely decorated however, the kitchen counter tops were dirty, there was a used coffee cup in the coffee pot, dishes in the dishwasher, closets were full leaving no space for our clothing, no wash cloths or hand towels, refrigerator/freezer full of food stuffs and no place to put our suitcases to unpack

Great location and view, but this appears to be a primary residence

The view from the balcony is amazing and the Ozarks are great! The listing indicates it can accommodate 12, but that includes 5 people sleeping on recliners. There is a King, Queen, and 3 twin beds. We had to change our plans because there was not a realistic amount of sleeping space. The condo also appears to be a primary residence and the refrigerator was full of food along with the pantry. There are many family photos staring at you and the closets and dressers are full of personal clothing. The owner started drying a load of towels before we arrived, but they were mixed with other personal clothing (including underwear). We folded the personal items and placed them on the dryer. We generally had a good experience, but it felt more like we were house-sitting for an uncle rather than visiting a vacation rental. A few minor tweaks and this could be a great rental.

After reading your feedback, we wanted to share the following:- We have updated the listing to accurately reflect that it accommodates 11 guests and have also clarified the bedroom layout and sleeping arrangements.- The kitchen and bar refrigerators do contain some items for our guests to use, and we informed you beforehand so you were aware. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience.- While the property does have personal items, there is ample space for guests' belongings, and we will better note these details in the listing for future guests.Once again, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.
