Directly across the street from the foreshores or Semaphore, enjoy morning walks along the beach or soak up the vibrant village atmosphere of Semaphore Road, lined with eateries and Sunday market shopping. From classic fish and chips to sunset cocktails at Palais Hotel, this is seaside living at its very best. This air conditioned apartment combines charming character details with light, spacious interiors and a picturesque patio, plus driveway parking for one car.
Arriving at this property you will instantly be enamoured by its charm. The open plan living area features high ornate ceilings with French doors opening to the outdoors, where you can sip your morning coffee out on the patio before taking a quick stroll down to the water’s edge. The whole space has beautiful air flow and natural light, plus air conditioning. There is comfortable sofa seating, plenty of books and a central TV with Netflix for your evening entertainment. A dining table encourages guests to whip up a meal and dine at home, making use of the full kitchen.

Sleep within the king-sized bedroom, immaculately presented with a walk-in wardrobe for your belongings and a dedicated study area for those on a working holiday. A porta cot can also be provided upon request. The ensuite highlights a spacious shower with a bench, making it easy to refresh after a day at the beach.

Parking is available for one car on the driveway, plus ample free street parking. Guests will also have access to in-unit laundry including a washing machine and basin, ideal for longer stays.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. The loft above the garage is another apartment rented out on Airbnb. Please make yourself at home!

The beachside suburb of Semaphore is located 30 minutes north of Adelaide’s CBD. Its streetscapes are dotted with beautiful Victorian buildings, historic pubs and much-loved cafes. Along Semaphore Road you’ll find supermarkets, shops and eateries, including the retro Odean Star cinema. Start the day with brunch at High Tide, pick up pastries and treats from Skala Bakery and tuck into burgers from Barry’s. Relax on the wide sandy beach or hire a bike and ride along the foreshore pathway as it stretches along the coastline. End the day with cocktails at live music at Palais Hotel, a Semaphore institution.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
