This apartment is located right on the river in the heart of Douglas, located just thirteen minutes from Townsville City Centre.
Only 1.5km to Stockland shopping centre, 6km to The Strand and CBD, this apartment is in a quiet location away from the crowds but within easy access when you do venture out. You will be surrounded by leafy pathways, walking tracks and playgrounds to explore, but with close proximity to shops for your convenience.

Your space features a spacious living area that looks onto a large balcony where you can enjoy alfresco dining while overlooking the diverse bushland. The complex also features a resort style swimming pool and communcal BBQ area making it the perfect place to chill in the beautiful, all year round warm climate Townsville is known for.

There is a spacious master bedroom with queen size bed, a private ensuite as well as your own balcony. A second bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom featuring bath tub and shower. You also have a well equipped kitchen featuring breakfast bar and stools and all amenities you will need during your stay.

Also note:
• The master bed is low line approx 50cm high.
• This apartment has a washing machine and dryer. The washing machine is cold wash only

The apartment is available for short and medium term stays, this apartment is perfect for corporates needing a quick commute to the nearby University or Hospital and a home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home stay in Douglas. The property at 13/151–157 Riverside Blvd exceeded our expectations in every way. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet conveniently close to shops and essential amenities. The surrounding environment made it a great place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time.The interiors were spacious, modern, and very welcoming. Every detail seemed carefully arranged to make guests feel at home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully functional, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.We truly appreciated the smooth check-in process and the excellent communication throughout. It made our experience stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We would definitely love to come back again!

Host took several days to respond when I asked about the pool and gym.. Listing had false info. Claimed indoor pool and fitness room which were crucial for us but they did not have those amenities! Only 2 rolls of TP for 16 days and no paper towels or measuring cups/spoons. Balcony was filthy so couldn't use it for dining. Would not recommend.
