Tokongawa Retreat - Views, Pools, Serenity!

Birdsong wakes you each morning, and amenities like an infinity-edge pool, hot-tub spa, and expansive decks with panoramic views elevate relaxation. Indoors, find a fully-equipped kitchen, Starlink WiFi, a home gym, SmartTV, and comfortable bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms.

This inviting retreat boasts 3 air-conditioned bedrooms accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. The Master bedroom offers a King bed, a spacious walk-in robe, and a dedicated bathroom, providing stunning views over the swimming pool to the sea. The second bedroom features a Super-King bed, an ensuite bathroom, and captivating sea views. Bedroom 3 presents Queen bunks (Queen over Queen), ideal for a cozy rest. With 3.5 bathrooms, including dedicated facilities for each bedroom - an ensuite for Bedroom 2 and a separate bathroom for Bedroom 3 - plus a powder room, convenience and comfort abound throughout the home.

**Special conditions & notes**:
1) No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.

2) Small Children - Due to the presence of the swimming pool and spa pool, stairways, balustrades & steep areas in the surrounding bush & trails, young children will require careful supervision.

3) Swimming pool - The pool is heated between December & April, when the weather is warmer and the days are longer. The actual water temperature will be subject to weather conditions. Outside of the 'swimming months', the heating is ineffective and will not be operated. Cold water swimming will of course be possible - please let us know if you intend to swim during this time and we'll have the pool serviced prior to your arrival.

4) Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the parking & driveway areas as well as the seaward access to the property.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
