The area is close to many establishments like restaurants and grocery store. It is a ten minutes drive to Edmonton International Airport. We also provide pick up and drop off if you need.

The one bedroom for short term is located in the basement, which has 2 bedrooms, this means that kitchenette, bathroom, and common areas, will be a shared space when the other room is also occupied.

The communication with the host was great. The room, kitchen / dining area and the bathroom are clean. Lots of parking space in the vicinity. Very safe and clean area and neighborhood. The room is private. The rest of the basement is shared with a host's family member who is very quiet and polite. I'd recommend this place as a financial viable solution.

For whatever reason I didn’t realize this was a shared listing. It came as quite a shock when I heard someone else in the space after entering my room for the first time. Other than that everything was good.

The host initially looked confused when I showed up for my booking (booked about a month ago), said the hostess did not mention anything about the booking, he took about 15 mins to change the linens and get the room ready, but after that, everything was smooth. The place was quiet, very clean, linen smelled fresh, there was also a kitchen to prep a quick breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thank you for hosting us.

Nice, new, clean, simple bedroom. Parking was great, but not where indicated. Entry door was unmarked and door code didn't work. Was let in by owner and everything else was as expected.

Property is very good, quiet and calm. Only problem, which is a big problem is that I was lead to believe through the ad that it will be the whole place to myself and my guest, which i paid for - and was then told that one of the rooms is already occupied. So shared the property, while having paid for the whole thing. Great experience otherwise.

The property was in a nice, quiet and safe location. I did not stay here. I booked for 2 nights and was only there 10 mins. I read, entire house, seen the two bedrooms in the pictures. But did not know, it was book (one) room in a shared basement space. I had my mom with me as were on a work trip. Not happy. Just forfeit my money. Not happy at all.

The add is misleading, the add doesn’t mention that it is a sheared space ,if the add was clear we wouldn’t consider booking it in the first place. We were lead to believe what I wouldn’t have to share they area we booked with anyone. Even after I asked the I was told we wouldn’t be shearing the spaces with anyone. There was someone else there in the next, We paid the full price, me and the wife felt unsafe to stay.

The location was perfect for what I needed but there were some pieces I wasn’t thrilled about. First, I didn’t realize that there was someone else staying there. Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until it was too late to change it. This should be made more clear in the ad and not rely on busy people checking their messages. Second, there were no sheets on the bed. When I read the ad more closely, it says bed sheets provided. I feel like this wording is a bit unfair. And finally, I couldn’t find and towels in the bathroom beyond the hand towel. Perhaps they were in a drawer or cupboard but I was in a rush and didn’t have time to go looking. Overall it was very clean and tidy.
