• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

Great communication with the owners. Place was in a perfect location within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store. The pool area was great with a heated pool and pool bar. Will definitely be back.

Volleyball at Orange County Convention Center

Very nice and same price as Hotels in the area. Has 3 bedrooms and access to a nice outdoor pool.

Check in was very easy! The condo is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we needed to. The rooms are lovely! The beds are fairly comfortable and we appreciate the king size bed for the master room. My husband is 6’3 and we always need special accommodations. All in all it was pretty clean. I am a very clean person and there were some spaces missed like in the bathroom corners (dusty) and corners of the kitchen. The washing machine has some rust inside as well. There were supposed to be hand towels for each guest, however we only had 2 provided and there were 5 of us. I would recommend a few things to make accommodations easier for guests— provide wash clothes, provide 1-2 tide pods so you don’t have to buy more than needed and waste.The WiFi did stop working on our last full day there unfortunately so we could not watch tv or anything after we got back to the house. The owner did say they would send someone out but it was a bit late at night and we didn’t want anyone coming out that late. We had a great stay and appreciate the host responding to all questions and concerns in a very timely fashion. Thank you for providing a space that felt safe and comfortable

Screen was down, owner did say they would come fix but we just moved it and were unbothered.

Beautiful unit.. book now!

Checking in was a breeze. Believe the pics, the unit is beautiful! Lots of room for everyone. Everything you need in the kitchen. Water pressure was excellent. Very clean! Living and dining area was very comfortable for everyone. Great TVs in all the rooms when we were winding down for the night. There is an elevator to get to the second floor but very convenient and close walking up one set of stairs from parking. We never used the elevator. Cute patio with a 'garden' view. Property managers responded quickly with any answers we may have needed. Our teenagers (who live in upscale single large family homes) kept commenting how " cool" this unit was and we have stayed in the community 3 times before. First time at this actual unit. Publix was super close (you could walk if you wanted a little excercise) for grocery shopping. Short 10 minute drive to Universal. Great trip!
