Boston Harbor Waterfront Yacht Escape near Freedom Trail 2B/2B sleeps 6 AC/Heat

What better way to spend time in Boston during this time than on your own private yacht.
The Green Turtle II is a 45 foot motor yacht. Set in the historic Boston/Charlestown Navy Yard in Boston Harbor, the Green Turtle II offers an expansive view of Boston. The Green Turtle II is permanently docked at a protected marina during your stay.
The USS Constitution, Bunker Hill Monument and the Freedom Trail are just a short walk away. Take the free bus shuttle to North Station(.07 miles away) to the subway to any of the sites.
Enjoy the privacy of your own yacht. The Green Turtle was designed for comfort above all and the only reminder you are floating in Boston Harbor is the sound of the gulls, motion of the sea and reflection of the ocean dancing on the ceiling.
Enjoy the outdoors on the comfortable aft deck watching the harbor traffic.
The Green Turtle II can accommodate 2-6 people. She has 2 queen staterooms and the salon has a sleeper sofa for 2 along with comfortable seating. What a great place to stay. Sitting up on the top deck in the evening was fantastic. The hosts left coffee and some muffins for us along with a few other things. Suzanne did the check in and was fantastic.

Great location. Great hosts. A unique alternative to hotel stays. Close to everything but after a long day of walking in the city, just a ferry ride away to a summer retreat of relaxation on the water.

I reserved the Green Turtle for out-of-town guests over Memorial Day weekend and will do so again. They will thrilled to stay on the water their first time visiting Boston and found the boat comfortable and restful.

What a fun stay! We were in Boston for a concert and wanted to stay some where different instead of a boring hotel room. This stay was exceptional. The boat is a classic yacht in beautiful condition. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the rear outdoor deck enjoying the weather and beautiful marina views. I would definitely book another stay. Owners were great communicators. We were met and shown the boat and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

A unique stay in a beautiful locationWe really enjoyed our stay and loved the experience of staying on a yacht rather than a traditional hotel. The marina was beautiful, and the location was fantastic. The ferry made getting into Boston easy, and Lyfts were readily available, making transportation very convenient. The hosts were wonderful communicators and made check-in easy. They were also very generous with coffee, pastries, juices, and bottled water, which was such a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. Our main concern was the overall condition and upkeep of the yacht. It has a lot of character and charm, but there is noticeable wear throughout. The dinette cushions are quite worn, there were 3 fans that were very dusty , and several fixtures and furnishings could use maintenance or updating. There were also non-working lights and exposed wiring in the forward cabin that we feel should be addressed. The mattress in the forward bedroom was quite worn and uncomfortable, and there was a persistent diesel smell during our stay. That said, we genuinely loved our stay. The unique experience, beautiful setting, location, and wonderful hosts made it a memorable part of our trip.
