The host was responsive to any issue/request we had. We really enjoyed the game room and the dock. The neighborhood is pretty dark and there was little to no lighting at the front door so it was dark when we came home in the evenings. However, overall the house has everything our extended family needed to enjoy our week long stay!

Great space for large family. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the amenities- dock space with fire pit, pool and hot tub plus game room. Plus, well equipped kitchen, with all we needed to cook in. Great location. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! We had many family members stay with us & this property met all of our needs. When you walk into the main house, you walk into the game room. There is a pool table, air hockey, chess set and video games avaliable for use. Moving on, you walk into the main great room that has beautiful, comfortable furniture perfect for when you're ready to relax. The open concept means the kitchen, dining room and an additional space to relax in were all right there together. I loved being able to cook while still being present with the rest of the family. The beds were all very comfortable and we found the home to be very clean and inviting. The outdoor space is amazing here!! The hot tub was one of our favorite things to use during our stay. There is lots of comfortable outdoor furniture available. My favorite was to sit out at the end of the pier and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Our kids enjoyed using the fire pit at night, while others played corn hole. We also had use of the guesthouse above the garage. It was perfect because we had enough beds for everyone that stayed with us.This home is beautiful, unique and quirky. The layout for some of the space leaves you scratching your head a bit. Some of the outlets didn't work and figuring out which light switches worked which lights was challenging sometimes. None of that was a negative in our eyes, though. In fact, we think it added charm. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great home away from home!

this place so so wonderful. from the host who was always concerned that we were happy to the location and the cleanliness of the home. You could not ask for a better place to stay for the cost than this home. we have stayed in dozens of places that this one is one of the best overall we have stayed in.

The house is absolutely perfect for a large family. So easily accessible and picturesque. Monica was super easy to communicate with and answered all questions as well as checked in on us. The location is 6 min to the beach and 2 min from a great river front restaurant Tiki Docks. Can’t forget Cafe con Leche on the corner. We walked there for breakfast one morning!

Our stay was great! We all thoroughly enjoyed this place. The guest house was perfect, the house was very clean, the amenities were great, the views during sunrise were even better. We utilized the pool as well as the games inside. The dock was a plus! We caught multiple different species of fish as well as a few stingray and small sharks. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is staying in the area.

Daytona Vacation

Spacious and very clean, near the beach. Privacy for the family. My family loved this vacation house. Near grocery stores and fast food restaurants. I highly recommend this house to anyone with a large family looking for a quiet neighborhood to enjoy a peaceful vacation. You can sit on the pier on look for dolphins in the river. We saw plenty of dolphins within 30 feet of the pier.

Home away from home with a glorious view!

Two families with a total of 12 people age ranging from 13-47. Clean, spacious living and sleeping provided comfort and relaxation. Fishing off the dock was fun for all and we saw dolphins two mornings while we were enjoying our coffee as we sat on the dock that looked over the Halifax River! Close proximity to beaches, eateries, shopping, etc. added to convenience of our stay. Our favorite was definitely the pool and hot tub- hours of enjoyment day and night!

Wonderful place, some minor issues

My family had a great time. There were some small issues-but the host was very responsive and timely in getting them fixed! Location was convenient-quiet, but a short drive to anything we wanted.

Best part of Daytona Beach

I went with my whole family (6 of us, 2 adults and 4 teens) for as quick spring break trip. We had a great time. The house and guest house were clean, comfortable, and in the best area in South Daytona Beach. The main beach is close by and plenty of great restaurants within minutes.

Nothing short of Amazing!!!

We had 13 people rent this house for Bike Week Daytona. Booking was so easy. We wanted to use the garage to park our bikes so we contacted Monica who was great with answering all our questions. We had 3 vehicles, 3 trailers, and 8 bikes. There was plenty of parking for all the vehicles. Before we got there she texted to let us know we could go ahead and check in, that the house was ready and that there was fishing poles and live bait for us to use. We did some fishing and caught a few sting rays and some catfish. One day Captain Ken stopped by to let us know he would take us for a ride in his pontoon. The hospitality the owners showed us was exceptional. We asked one day if they had a few large pots that we could use because we wanted to do a low country broil. When we got in that evening, the pots were waiting for us on the kitchen counter. The house was very clean and roomy. The view was indescribable. Absolutely gorgeous!!! We didn’t get to use the pool because it was a little too cold for that. But all 13 people said they absolutely loved everything about the place. We definitely plan on staying there again in the future!

Football weekend

My group of 15 stayed here for a football tournament for my grandson. The amount of space that we had was amazing. When we first walked in it was breath taking. We planned on checking out some of the local places to eat but instead utilized the large kitchen. No one felt cramped for space even when there was 4 of us in the kitchen at one time cooking together. The suite above the garage was really nice even though we were only there for bed. A few chilly days while we were there but the kids still stayed in the pool and hot tub. The hosts were so sweet and quick to answer any of my questions. We will absolutely stay here again.
