Amazing house, beach and pool are beautiful. Great house layout, stocked with everything and grocery store is 3 minutes away. Our family loved it and will definitely come back!

The house was amazingly beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had a group of 5 and everyone had their own space for down time and plenty of spaces for spending time together. Being on the east end was perfect, so quiet and private, but a short drive to Georgetown and all the action. Betty Ann and the Coral Haven team were fantastic, constant communication throughout our visit and Michael, the property owners rep, greeted us and gave us a tour of the house and all the features. The entire home can be controlled by a smart home app, which is super convenient. We highly recommend this spot and will be back!

Apologies in advance for this being a long winded review but we’d like to comment on three items; the Villa, the area and the service provided by the management team. Villa itself is superb. It matches or exceeds the photos and details provided and would be amazed if anybody wasn’t happy with the Villa. It is immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean, everything works plus it well provisioned making this an extremely comfortable place to be. Items such as quiet but effective air-conditioning, quality sanitary ware with instant hot water really make for a very comfortable stay. In terms of the area for us, this is the best area on the island. We’ve been to GC many times and stayed all over the island including Rum Point. Cayman Kai, North Side, East End, South Coast and Seven Mile Beach areas. For us Stepping Stones is in an ideal area. The Villa is very private and hence not many places to walk to. Whilst there aren’t many high-end restaurants in the area (not our scene anyway) with an easy 5-10 minute drive there are a host of oceanfront good local eateries. Great food, real atmosphere and reasonable prices price. The on island management team could not be bettered. Great and positive communication and nothing was too much problem. Any query was responded to immediately and always positively. We felt cared for throughout our day and nothing seemed too much trouble for this team. Brilliant. An excellent Villa, a return visit is definitely on the cards.

One of a kind house

The communication with staff and management were excellent - very responsive. The house itself is a gem, from the hi tech equipment, pool, hot tub, movie theatre, grill to the quiet and private location, it stands out amongst any other properties. There are also nice touches like a pool table,indoor/outdoor music system as well surprisingly the kitchen table, chairs and wall picture are a downgrade compared to the rest of the house. The only downsides are drive time to downtown are easily 45 minutes and as the management says up front, the beach area has a lot of sea grass on the beach and in the water. The ocean isn’t as practical if your goal is to swim in the ocean exclusively. All in all my family would be happy to return.

The quiet East Side

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was nice. I believe it just changed hands and they are in process of updating a few things. Nothing that affected our vacation. The only thing that really affected us was thunderstorms but it sure was nice to have this house to relax in. The pool and spa were excellent. They did end up with quite a few leaves, etc due to the storms but that was just mother nature. The East Side is the quiet side. We only saw a handful of people on the beach the entire time we were there. Please understand that on the windward side there will always be seaweed and some trash on the beach. That is just nature and if you expect pristine white sand beach you will have to join the hoards of people on 7 mile beach or make a trip to Rum Point. We loved the snorkeling. I recommend Spotts beach where there are some very tame turtles (about 25 min away) and barefoot beach for some shallow coral (10 min away and not marked). We enjoyed seeing stingrays, very large tarpon and barracuda under the dock. There is a very nice washer a dryer that came in handy and plenty of cooking supplies. All the TVs are smart TVs and brand new. The media room is great but only has Cable (pretty extensive cable with HBO) but no smart feature I could find to get to apps. The sound system and lights inside is outstanding. It did take a little while to get used to the app used to control everything but it sure is nice. We would definitely stay here again.
