Your guests will be completely captivated by the turquoise water views from this gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bath villa directly on the Caribbean. Azure Breeze #4 offers all of your modern amenities in a pristine, Cayman style Villa on the beach. This beautiful, spacious home boasts an open floorplan with unobstructed sea views from the kitchen and great room. The well appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals while guests enjoy a game or appetizer at the roomy table for six. Enjoy meals together while watching the gentle waves break on the reef offshore. Sit in your private, palm shaded courtyard for morning coffee, stroll the gorgeous, white sandy beach, and snorkel just offshore on one of the island's most protected reefs. The sunsets are breathtaking from your outdoor, beachfront patio. Relax in a chaise lounge and sip a cocktail while watching sea birds drift by on the late afternoon breeze and enjoy the golden hues of the day as they rest down on the turquoise sea.
Azure Breeze #4 offers an expansive second floor, primary suite with ensuite bath, sitting area, and private balcony, directly overlooking the beach and blue sea. Two additional guest suites offer a shared bath and plenty of room for unpacking, settling in, and enjoying your stay.

Wonderful beachfront home - The property is located in a quiet area with a beautiful beach and coconut trees. You will immediately feel welcomed. The home is clean and pretty and it has everything you may need while you stay there. All the information you may need is sent to you upon booking so you can plan everything ahead. The info is also printed and bound for you to browse while there. The North shore is quieter but still plenty to do. ….just the perfect place to get away and enjoy that beautiful Caribbean Sea. The restaurant recommendations are spot on! Rum Point Club, a few minutes away is perfect for a lazy day on the beach. The chairs and umbrellas are free and the food and drinks are great. Just watching and hearing the ocean waves was very relaxing. We felt like we had our own private beach.The view is unbeatable.

The house is amazing. Being on the North End is great as you can still get to the main part of the island for whatever you want to do but it's more peaceful at the house with great restaurants available close by. The view from the house is amazing and the hosts have everything you could want at the house including a kayak and snorkel equipment. Can't wait to go back!

We had a great stay! Karen was great, and very helpful with Island information also. The home is private, beautiful, very clean, and has plenty of seats and space. The ocean is truly RIGHT THERE when you walk out of the door. There is plenty of higher end snorkel gear, and some things for the water and a 2 person kayak. North Side is a little bit of a drive from 7 mile beach, but it made for a very quiet stay. Rum Point is close and nice, and to the East there is another nice town with good restaurants, Tukka was my favorite.

This property was just what we had hoped for! A quiet retreat right on the beach when we were done with our daily adventures. Loved that it was located so close to all of the excursions that we had. String Ray city tour, bio bay, starfish point, snorkeling at rum point, Chrystal caves. It is about a 45 min drive to the touristy part of town but worth a trip over to seven mile beach.

Great stay, listing as described

This property is very well prepared for guests with linens, plenty of dishes, lots of seating options. The surrounding area is very quiet. You will need a car and there are only a few restaurants within a 20 min drive. The water is crystal clear and snorkeling/kayaking from right outside the patio was great!

This house has it all...including loads of books! We had such a relaxing and fun week and are thankful for all of the wonderful recommendations the host gave us. I highly recommend this house!

Time to Relax

Azure Breeze is a great place to stay on Grand Cayman. Here you are away from the crowds and in your own tropical paradise. The home is right on the beach. Snorkeling here is great. Outdoor shower makes for easy clean-up after snorkel or swim. The house is well appointed with bikes, coolers, beach bags, towels, etc. On our recent stay, we were lucky to have sunset views from the beach each night.

Wonderful stay

Great property

This house is in an excellent location. It is away from the crowds and but only a short drive to great places to eat or great attractions. It has plenty of space and good amenities. We enjoyed ourselves and hated to leave. We highly recommend this property!

Azure Breeze

The unit had everything we needed to make our vacation great! Winds were too strong for us to snorkel in front of the condo, but everything else was perfect! We purchased a cooler with wheels and left it for future renters to use. Book the trip, you won’t regret it!

Calm and picturesque

This location had everything our multi-generational family need for our 2 week stay. The house was super clean and well stocked. The property manger answered all of my questions promptly. The location was quiet and right on the beach. The kids played in the sand and ocean everyday and the snorkeling was so fun! Would recommend!!

Beautiful oceanfront

We stayed for 8 days and had a great time. Beautiful ocean views and access to the ocean from the back of the property. This was a great area to snorkel with calm and clear water. The North shore is quieter but still plenty to do. Rum pointe and starfish point are a short drive as well as the botanical gardens and crystal caves.The property is just as pictured with very comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony just off the bedroom with the king sized be. Also the patio off the living room- just watching and hearing the ocean waves was very relaxing.They have plenty of snorkel equipment if you do not bring any. There is also beach chairs and umbrellas that we used when we visited other beachs on the island. We would definitely return

Perfect

This is a gorgeous villa, the likes of which I have never experienced before. It is spacious, it is well decorated, and it comes well equipped. There are beach towels, snorkeling gear, life jackets, a kayak, a well-equipped kitchen. The air conditioning, washer dryer, dishwasher, they all work just fine. The view from the master suite as well as the patio right outside the living room is absolutely gorgeous. Sand is about seven steps away from your living room sliding door and the beach is an additional 20 steps. Karen the property manager was very responsive and great to work with. The only thing to keep in mind is that this villa is on the north side and the north side tends to get very windy. Of the four days then we were here, on two of the days the wind was very strong. Unless you are a direct descendant of Michael Phelps you are not going to be swimming in the water on such days or even walking on the beach. On the other two days it was much calmer, sunnier and a reasonable swimmer could snorkel outside. You will need a car but you should already be knowing that. This is a perfect place to come and relax and enjoy the view. And when you want more excitement you just have to drive a little bit. Sure, I would have loved to have had a private villa directly on Seven Mile Beach. And so would almost anyone else. But that is going to cost you quite a lot more. Azure Breeze is the perfect balance between price and value. We loved it.Lastly Ka

Piece of heaven

The property is located in a quiet area with a beautiful beach and coconut trees. You will immediately feel welcomed. Rum Point Club, a few minutes away is perfect for a lazy or active day on the beach. The chairs and umbrellas are free and the food and drinks are great. From the tours: we went to the botanical garden which was above my expectations!! The parrot sanctuary is a great experience where you can pet some of the birds, snake and Guiny pigs. We loved our stay and we hope you will too!

Best Vacation Rental in Cayman!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Azure Breeze in early November! Our group, consisting of 6 people (3 couples), were extremely happy with the accommodations, including comfortable beds, a spacious and aesthetic living room/dining room area, and the ability to walk straight out to the beach! On top of accommodations, this property is in a fantastic location on Grand Cayman, the North Side, just minutes from two of our favorite hangout spots, Rum Point and Kaibo (both of which are recently refurbished and look amazing!!) We could not recommend this property more!

Pure Paradise

Absolute perfection. Everything is there for you to have a perfect vacation. Beach chairs, snorkels, kayak, private beach with the best snorkeling two steps from your back door. If you are considering this location, just book it! You won’t be disappointed.
