This serene Ocean Breeze Townhome with newly renovated kitchen features:

- Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted

Discover the charm of this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa, with a thoughtfully redesigned kitchen
and living room to offer spacious comfort and a refreshing atmosphere. Accommodating up to 4
adults and 2 children, the villa features a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin bed, and a
twin over full bunk bed in the second bedroom.

The living room, with a large sofa, loveseat, and TV, seamlessly blends into the kitchen with a
breakfast bar and a cozy dining area. Both bathrooms are fully renovated, with the master bath
boasting a walk-in tiled shower. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and a private
bath, while the second bedroom features a twin bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and its private
bath. A stackable washer and dryer complete the second floor.

Enjoy the convenience of being steps away from the beach, recently resurfaced tennis courts,
and three on-site pools, all while relishing the closeness to the vibrant Coligny shops and dining.
Additionally, guests are provided with four new adult aluminum bikes from South Beach Cycles,
making it an ideal retreat for adventurers eager to explore the island's beauty.

- Please note, the community pools are available for use from April through October.
- 2 well behaved dogs are permitted with payment of an additional pet fee.

This was our second year staying in this condo and we love it! It’s a great end unit with easy parking in front. We enjoy the bikes that are included. We ride bikes to the beach, The Bank, Plaza Park Theatre and Coligny. The condo is very comfortable for our family. The beds and couches are comfortable. Highly recommend!

This wasn’t the address for the actual property. It was in the neighborhood. The furniture was definitely in need ofreplacing, especially the sofas. The refrigerator smelled of fish so much so that I had to purchase arm and hammer and that solved the issue. There were mosquitoes in the bathroom every time I killed one another came. The bicycles had only one lock. The beach chairs had mold on them andDefinitely need to be deep cleaned or replaced. The property is on the corner and it is tight and where everyone gathers to gettheir bikes. The bed in the guest room needs to be replaced. You can feel the springs. And lastly the tvs in the bedrooms! About 26 inches if that! Can’t see a thing! The only contact with management was texts through the app. That was fine. All the issues that I named are things that the owner should already know about.

Great remodeled town home

We had a fantastic stay in this freshly remodeled town-home! The place is bright, clean, and stocked with all the essentials—perfect for a carefree beach getaway. The Wi-Fi isn’t lightning-fast, so plan to unplug a bit (who needs screen time when you’re this close to the ocean, right?).The split-level layout does mean extra steps, but we treated it as a built-in workout before hitting the sand. Everything looks lovingly maintained, and you can tell the owners really care about the space.Alder Lane Beach is an easy 15-minute stroll or quick bike ride away, so sunrise coffee walks became our daily ritual. Parking is snug, so larger SUVs might need a couple of extra maneuvers—but totally doable.Bottom line: we’d happily book again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends looking for a comfy, laid-back base on Hilton Head Island.

Unit Cancelled Just Prior to Check-In

The unit was cancelled just hours prior to check-in. We obtained a full refund, however we had already arrived from Canada to Hilton Head Island.Why the owner waited so long before informing Island Rentals that the unit was unavailable is very concerning. Luckily we found other accommodations!

Great location in HHI

Had a great time at this wonderful townhouse. Great walking trails and pools at complex. Walk or bike to the beach. Super close to Coligny beach park as well with shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Girls weekend

Our trip was cut short due to the state of emergency declared by the governor. It would have been nice to be refunded our missed days stay since it was not our fault. The property manager would not return our call. I will not rent from Island Rental again.

Great Vacation Spot!

We had a great week at this condo. We loved parking right at the front door! The bicycles were great! We rode to the beach, the grocery store and Coligny. We love riding bikes to dinner and the Frosty Frog for our nightly daiquiri. The condo was very clean and had all we needed for our week stay. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a quiet end unit next to the pretty paths winding between Ocean Breeze and Treetops, our dog loved his walks! It’s a short 10 minute walk to the beach down a lovely path and a quick bike ride to Piggly Wiggly and the restaurants at Coligny. The villa was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
