Our townhouse is well designed with a layout that maximises the spectacular views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. All year round you will enjoy your stay in this spacious, sunny 3 bedroom home. There is plenty of space for the whole family with a huge open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The house offers 2 sunrooms, 1 upstairs to enjoy the views and one downstairs off 2 of the bedrooms. The property offers a sunny, private courtyard to enjoy the sun or have a BBQ with friends or family. Otherwise sit out on the 2 decks upstairs with a great book! A house with space for everyone to enjoy.

I'm a kiwi who grew up in Otago, New Zealand. I had lived in Hong Kong for 11 years and have travelled to many countries. I'm back in NZ to enjoy the beautiful environment and people! As an avid traveller I am very aware of what other travellers are looking for and I hope to make it a comfortable and memorable stay! We love spending time in Wanaka to enjoy the space, the fresh air and the environment and all the activities that Wanaka offers visitors.

Wanaka is such a special town situated in a beautiful alpine and lake district. The environment is very accessible for those that are active. It really is a place to be enjoyed by everyone. To enjoy a cold, crisp but sunny Winter's day is so special, even better when you're up the Mountains. The Autumn colours of Wanaka are spectacular. Summer in and by the Lake is a great way to live like the locals! Having grown up in Otago, Wanaka has always been a special place to me!

We have wonderful views from our property of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding Mountains. To sit and watch a storm roll in over the mountains is a special sight. It is a very spacious house where everyone can relax and do what they want on holiday. Even the garage had plenty of room for bikes, skis, snow boards to be stored after a super fun day! We are also only a 5 min drive or a 15 min walk to downtown Wanaka.
