A cosy family retreat for all seasons, just five minutes from central Wanaka.

Brand new, sun-filled townhouse just 20 minutes stroll to town (or a 5 minute drive) and 30 minutes drive to Treble Cone & Cardrona Ski Fields.

Thoughtfully-designed for comfort and convenience, the townhouse offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay in stunning Wānaka including full-sized kitchen and laundry, sunny private courtyard, and heating and cooling upstairs and downstairs. Easy access to local walking and biking tracks, fresh groceries, and great cafe’s and food carts.

Fully-equipped kitchen, well-appointed bathrooms, full laundry with washer/dryer, and lots of storage space.

Downstairs, the open-plan living area flows onto a sunny private courtyard, perfect to enjoy a morning coffee.

Upstairs, two bedrooms offer versatility with one queen bed and one king bed that can be split by request into two singles if preferred. Enjoy a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains from the large window.

The unit was clean and had all the amenities for a pleasant stay. It was convenient to shopping and the local sights and restaurants. We had a very nice 2-day stay.

First time visiting Moab. The units were roomy & beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. Pool area was very nice. Landscaping needed rock lots of bald area’s.

This relatively new apartment looked lovely and was only a few mins drive from the heart of Wanaka. It was equipped with all of the things we needed to stay for a few days. It was convenient having a bathroom with toilet upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs as well. The beds were firm but comfortable.The property backs onto a very busy main road right at the pedestrian crossing/speed bump. This meant that there was traffic noise all day and night with so many trucks/trailers banging their equipment as they launched over the speed bump.The lounge area was great but very small. Would be tricky for 4 adults (or teenagers) to sit together to watch a movie together or relax however there is not really any more room in the space to fit another piece of furniture,The entry into the apartment is electronic code locked and we had issues with this lock not working (which meant that we couldn't lock the door to leave) which meant that we missed out on a tour that we had booked. The property owners ended getting a locksmith organised however it was tricky to contact them directly as we only had the message system through the website and no contact phone number. This meant that the delays in communication made it frustrating to get a speedy resolution (the hosts were proactive when notified, just took time to get it all done through messages).
