Coral Lagoon Villa 5 With Pool and Wet Slip Rental Option

The Coral Lagoon's villa 5 features the classic beach cottage atmosphere with only the most lavish of Florida Keys' furnishings. Three bedrooms provide your group with the comfort and privacy necessary to be engulfed by the Keys' Disease. A spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and private balcony overlooking the ocean's waters bring together the finest points of your getaway. Don't hesitate to call us with any questions you may have regarding our villa, resort property or the surrounding area.




Need a boat slip? We've got you covered! Marina dockage for a boat up to 40' can be reserved at a nightly rate of $75.00 plus tax. Contact us to check availability for the time frame you're requesting. Use of the launch ramp and trailer storage can be reserved with the onsite Boat House Marina. The launch ramp closes at 4:30 PM and the marina at 5 PM. You don’t need to wait for your Villa to be ready to utilize marina services; slips are available any time after 11 AM on the day of your arrival. Valet trailer service is available for a small fee. The trailer storage fee for Coral Lagoon renters is $30 dollars a day ($60 dollars if your vessel is stored overnight on the trailer). The ramp fee for Coral Lagoon renters is $15 dollars per one-way use of the ramp.




The Homeowner's Association and Boat House Marina require your boat to be additionally insured during your stay at Coral Lagoon. Please contact us for a template to send to your insurance agent. In addition, you are required to complete the Boat Owner Information Form. Once the Boat Owner Information Form is complete, the dockmaster will generate a PandaDoc lease for electronic signature. Once the lease is fully executed, the lessee and the Village owner will get an electronic lease copy. All leases are subject to a review fee of $50.00 per stay.

Good location, comfortable beds. Property manager was up front about lack of dock usage. Master shower could use some maintenance, some small millipedes upstairs in hallway. Community pool was refreshing. Host was very communicative. We would come back and rent again when dock work is completed.

Fishing Trip

Location was within 3 mins of our charter boat and close to restaurants to cook our catch. Big kitchen was great as we had to package/vacuum the filets for return home.

Spring Break

The home was in a great location, very clean, and spacious. The pool area was clean with plenty of seating. Our teens rented bikes and easily biked to Key Colony Beach where friends were staying. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others.

Wonderful location and property

It was an amazing location. We were able to do everything we wanted in the keys. The place was beautiful, clean and so peaceful. Would recommend to all my friends looking to vacation in the Keys.

Family vacation

This was perfect for our family vacation! Our blended family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our time together in your villa. We will most definitely come back! The location was close to everything we wanted to do, it was safe, clean and our teenagers could walk to get bait. Perfect couple days!

Perfect!

Wonderful accommodations and exactly how it looked in the photos. Kitchen was well stocked, house was very clean and comfortable beds & furniture. It felt very private and even though you were near the main road, it was peaceful. The neighborhood was calming and quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

Wow- so lovely

Stayed 2 nights,cooked in- well appointed kitchen. Saved money using nearby Publix. Also did try a local fish restaurant with sunset tarpan nurse shark feeding - great upstairs bar with happy hour live music. After- relaxed on our beautiful patio overlooking canal- peaceful. Used pool had it all to ourselves.!! Host immediately responded each time i texted. Lovely with plenty of room for us all.

Needs attention.

Located at the end of an active runway, this location features planes and private jets departing Marathon every few minutes. The master has one of the two small closets locked, the master bathrooms door won’t close, the top center drawer is ajar and won’t close, the toilet paper holder won’t hold a roll of toilet paper. The rear ground level patio has disheveled paver stones. The next property over was under going some sort of construction which involved loud heavy equipment and loud music dawn to past dusk.
