Construction is currently occurring on Norreigo Point next to East Pass Towers. The gate access to that beach area is currently closed as well as that parking area. This does not impact the complex of East Pass Towers.

This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has comfortable seating, wrap-around balcony access, a private balcony in the master, and is located just steps away from the Beautiful Emerald Green Destin Waters. Condo has it all: Spectacular views of Destin’s East Pass, Destin Harbor, Norriego Point, and Destin Bridge.

Sit back and relax in the beautifully decorated living room with huge flat screen TV and comfortable sectional. Not only can you enjoy your favorite show, you can enjoy the gorgeous views the floor to ceiling windows offer.

Prepare your favorite meals in the spacious fully furnished kitchen, featuring bar seating for entertaining, full size appliances, and gorgeous granite countertops and cabinetry. Great Location

Love the overeall location of the hotel! The unit was perfecr! You got to watch the boats come and go. Across the bay you could hear music. The pool was the perfect size!

Overall we had an okay stay. We have stayed in the East Pass Towers before and love the location. I usually hate giving negative reviews but in this instance we did have a few issues that were either not resolved or took a few days to resolve. The AC only worked on our last 2 days.The stove worked but not great. Some of the burners did not work properly.The washing machine would stop working or lock the clothes in. One day it didn’t rinse and I had to rinse everything by hand.The dryer was not connected in the back. I feel that because the property is managed by a company and not a personal owner some things were not up to par. Also, just something to keep in mind they do not allow any early check in even if the unit is empty. Check in is at 5:00. The location itself is great. Close to Norriego Point. Which is perfect for families with small kids or those who want to fish.

Perfect property

My friend and myself came to Destin for a friend's birthday weekend celebration and it was nothing short of AWESOME. Property was so nice, had everything we needed except food lol. Communication with the property manager was easy, access was easy and the property was by everything.
