The Homestead on the Point

The Homestead, originally built in 1898 and owned by the same family of original settlers for the past 125 years.

This 1700 sq/ft 4 bedroom 2 bath home is situated on 3+ acres. It bursts with charm and uniqueness while farmland acreage meets gorgeous panoramic ocean views.

Relax on the patio and feel the breeze of the ocean by day and after an amazing West Coast sunset, keep an eye out for the light of cruise ships late night.

There is beach access less than 5 minutes walking distance which brings you to the amazing rocky shores of the Strait of Georgia. This access is public so please respect the trail, stairs and space. **There was a recent slide at the Seabright beach access stairs. Timeline for repairs is unknown at this time**

For those wanting the ability to add a couple of more guests please inquire about our RV hookup. For those wanting to use a RV it will be placed in the years on the East side of the home.

Trampoline, zip line and outdoor activities are locked up. Once unlocked the guest understands they are solely responsible for injuries and damages.

Our host family (Katie and Jason) is the best, their property is clean, comfortable, full of supplies they generously provided for our entire stay including a delightful Christmas tree set up for us , the ocean view from most of the house windows are unbeatable, 3 acres of roaming spaces around the property include the children playground and comfortable deck. The location is convenient to drive to the Vancouver areas and the airport, very safe community around, Points Robert is also a great place to visit. Thank you Katie and Jason! We had a wonderful entire stay from Christmas and New Year:)

Point Roberts Gem

We have stayed in Point Roberts for 26 years and each summer we rent. This little gem has been our favourite for location, access to beach, everything that was in the house and outside, as well as the ability to entertain family that was visiting each day. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful holidays

This was a fantastic property in a beautiful location that was hands down the most well-stocked property we have ever stayed in.My family and I had our Christmas gathering here and had such a fabulous time. The property managers were welcoming and made check-in and check-out a breeze - they even put up a lovely tree! I would highly recommend this property. My family and I will also be looking at coming back during the summer.

Homestead

We loved the Homestead First of all, it was super clean, which is really important to us. Decor was lovely, Had a beachy theme Beds were comfortable. Kitchen outfitted with everything you need, Fridge with ice maker, important to teenagers apparently, range with oven, a microwave, dishwasher and detergent, soap, paper towels, etc. excellent pots and pans. And a washer and dryer. A barbeque and outdoor space to enjoy the sunsets. Home away from home! Great communication with owners. We found it very relaxing! Thank you so much Katie and Jason
