House was great other than fire alarm The chirping fire alarm was annoying when I “messaged the host” using app clearly an AI bot told me to handle it myself by reaching out to a handy man which i feel is silly to ask the guest to go another step to fix a problem… when you message a host about an issue a real person should be solving the issue not an AI bot that solves nothing and gives you a taskI hope someone pays attention for the next guest it was still chirping when we left

We're so glad you enjoyed the house and its location. Thank you for the honest feedback about the fire alarm and the messaging experience with the app during your stay. I agree with you that the app can only get you so far. There is a book on the counter in the kitchen at the rental house with information that has my personal phone number and we live on site. If you had reached out to me I would take care of it immediately! I know how annoying that constant beeping is! Again, I apologize for the inconvenience!!

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful, so clean and welcoming with an amazing view. We didn’t know but the owners have a cider room testing next door that they use for weddings too. Overall 10 of 10.

Great spot! Adjacent to cidery

We loved the location. It had a beautiful overview of the area, with flowering orchards on either side. The location is adjacent to an active cidery, so if you are looking for a solitary experience it may not be a good fit. We also had an issue with the oven, which is hopefully fixed by the time you read this. But overall a great location and awesome hosts.

So, I’m going to be as honest as possible about our stay, so others can know what to expect. The house is smack dab in the center of a busy cidery. The first night of our stay, there was a large event/gathering that was quite literally in our front yard. And side yard. And driveway. It was unexpected, and not really something we wanted to deal with after each driving for a full day to see one another in a peaceful setting. Day 2, beautiful day. So the cidery was busy. Again, we were surrounded by visitors to the establishment and a private party directly to the right of our driveway. Did I mention there is a playground directly in the front yard for wee visitors to the cidery? The house itself is lovely, and it was super clean. The view from the patio is nice. As I write this outside on said patio, live music is starting to the left of the house. So, there is no escape from the goings on around us. The next morning, it was a large group of outdoor yoga practitioners. Knowing this now, we would have booked elsewhere. If you’re down with all of that, then this is the place for you. If there is an on-property wedding, I can’t even imagine.

As noted in the listing, the home is located on an active on-site cidery and tasting room, which may include live music, events, gatherings, and increased visitor activity during certain times. When we saw your arrival, we stopped by to help make you aware of the weekend’s planned activities. To help future guests better plan their stay, we will also be updating the listing with additional details and a website where upcoming events can be reviewed in advance. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable, transparent, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Great House & Great Owners- Lacks Some Essentials

The house itself is amazing. Its spacious & clean, with a beautiful updated kitchen, big bedrooms, stellar bathroom (the main bathroom= fantastic) a wonder deck & patio, and an incredible view of the mountains. The house gets a 5 out of 5 stars. Also getting 5 out of 5 stars are the owners. They were responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful when we called.Where the house still needs a little help is in the kitchen. There are very few kitchen utensils to cook with, no serving utensils, and only three cutting knives, two of which were for bread, and no steak knives. There were baking sheets, but also short were pots to boil with. For a house this big, it would be great for families, as such more plastic tumblers are needed. The glass cups are nice for the adults, but not as much for the kiddos. Lastly, more coffee mugs, and perhaps a couple of shot glasses to go with the martini shakers.Add those things to the kitchen, and this place is a 5-star stay across the board. As is, I would still HIGHLY recommend.
