The Space:
As you enter through the front screened door, you will find a spacious Primary Bedroom with a king sized bed, 45" Roku TV and private en suite bath. Continue down the hallway to the open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living spaces where you will find brand new stainless appliances, a fully stocked kitchen and seating for 6. The living room has a beautiful sky light and cathedral ceiling, large screen tv, massive sectional sofa that will fit all 6 guests comfortably (yes we mean it). Step outside onto the covered patio overlooking the pool and enjoy your morning coffee or evening Happy Hour and feel the stress melt away. Upstairs, you will find a very large loft with spacious walk in closet, private en suite bath, queen bed, twin bunk beds and an extra trundle bed in case you need it for that last minute extra family member.

Guest Access:
You will have the whole condo to yourself with shared access to the pool with other guests and homeowners.

The Neighborhood:
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Golf Colony at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. The world famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 minutes south and there are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the night away with the whole family. Getting Around:
A rental car is recommended. For a more fun vacation, gas powered golf carts are permitted on site and there is a direct route to the beach through the neighborhood.

Check out King of Carts of Surfside or A-Jax and you can get one delivered to the location!

Other Things to Note:
One dedicated parking space is available in front of condo. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the Tennis courts for any additional vehicle.

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!
