Superb!! Could not ask for nicer or cleaner accommodations. Great location for airport pickup and playing in golf tournament. Planning on returning next year.

My best stay in Myrtle Beach

I was so happy with our stay at this condo. It had all the comforts of home and the set up of the condo we all still had our privacy. The beach is not far away. I had family at ocean lakes and our place was soo much better than one of the houses that rented for 5k a week. The only con is that the community is half owned and half rented rooms like a hotel. So you dont have access to the pool area. If you have small kids and it is important you may find a place with a community pool. It was not important to my group as a whole this trip. However, I would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

The unit met our needs at a reasonable price.

Some plumbing work needs to be done with the two downstairs toilets. The MBR bathroom toilet tank leaks down and then runs frequently waiting water. The hall bathroom toilet needs to be reset with new bolts and wax ring. The toilet is loose and leaks sewer gas. This is a health hazard.

Very economical.

From start to finish the property manager was personal. We had an issue and he jumped right on it. The washer and dryer needs be replaced or fixed but everything else was great.

Very nice stay

My family had a very enjoyable stay. Enough space for all to gather and bedrooms were nice. One concern was that the shower curtains seemed to be either dirty or badly stained. Other than that, no complaints. Unfortunately, the last morning, trying to wrangle everyone in was quite a chore, so we ended up checking out late, but the property manager was very nice about it. Very nice accommodations, easy to find our way around the area, close to everything we needed, & overall a great stay. Will reccommend. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for gold faucets, vintage figurines or Spode Bone China, don't come here. BUT, if you are looking for a clean, up to date home with all the "down home" fixins, this is the place. Bring a few books to sit on the deck and read. It's very tranquil. Just a 1/2 mile away or so is all the activity. Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, gas stations AND the ocean. I hope you get the idea we love this place and I don't like to broadcast this because I'm afraid I will not get a spot when I want return. OH BY THE WAY, did I mention this was our 3rd time staying here!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exceptional vacation at this resort, however I have two areas that could have used improvement. First, I did not feel like the bedspreads had been cleaned in awhile. Second, was only able to get on one shuttle, due to the tiny nature of shuttle bus. Each bus only held 14 people, which was inexcusable during summer peak season. Any other time we went to the beach we had to drive. Other than that it was a great experience. And, on those days we could not get to the beach due to weather, the resort has three pools, which were great.
