Ocean Dreams: OCEANFRONT, Just a Few Steps From the Beach, Newly Renovated

Come enjoy our beautiful newly renovated, cozy, clean, comfortable oceanfront condo at Surfside Beach, "The Family Beach". Relax by the lovely pool, walk on the beach, play by the ocean. Beaches are cleaned daily and supervised by lifeguards. Fishing Pier, mini golf, water sports, children's park, and many other attractions at nearby Myrtle Beach. Delicious dining options and local shops.

The condo is used by the owner and rented for others to enjoy. The property is beautifully furnished, meticulously cleaned, and well-maintained for us and our guests. This property is intended for those who will appreciate it as much as we do. We do not allow overcrowding, parties, or children. NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind inside the condo or on the deck. The condo is equipped with detectors for recreational smoke and excessive noise. Renters will be fined $500 for smoking and will be evicted for party-level noise. If these rules offend you then please kindly continue with your search. Maintaining the integrity of the property is more important to us than rental income.

There is a hose/shower located at the walkway to the beach. Please shower off the sand as you leave the beach and before entering the pool
Beach items can be left in the outside hallway next to the front door. Please do not take used beach items into the condo.
Do not lean over or sit on deck rails. Condo owner is not responsible for the safety of guests.

Great Ocean Views

We have stayed here previous years as well. The property is amazing! There is an ocean view from every room, and the balcony area is phenomenal! There is easy access to the beach with a convenient shower and even a pool area. We love Surfside!

Great stay on the beach

Beautiful condo right on the beach . Owners are great . You won't be sorry if you book this condo for your stay on the beach . We do every year and look to forward to do the same next year .

Perfect Location/Beautiful Views

The condo is exactly how it is pictured. The ocean is right outside the condo and all the windows boast beautiful views. The condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies. The location is perfect and close to many amazing restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation. The owner was amazing with their communication and timely responses when questions were asked.

Perfection!

This condo was amazing! I truly felt like I was borrowing from a friend and not a rental! The unit must have been recently renovated, it was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend! Views were gorgeous as well! Just a few steps to the beach and a community pool.

Cozy Condo & Great Ocean View

Condo is very clean and has a cute beach theme throughout. We enjoyed our time only staying a few days instead of going to a hotel. It was perfect for us. Also, beds are very comfortable which is always a big plus. Thank you Cyndi and Melvin for letting us stay and for always answering my questions quickly. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
