PROPERTY INFO:
CASA CALETON
Step off the back patio onto your own private beach before anyone else is up. Casa Caleton sits in Caleton, the resort's quieter western pocket, on a cove the resort keeps private to the villa. Twelve bedrooms sleep twenty-four with an included cook handling all the meals.
By midday the group has split across the property without anyone organising it. Some walk down to the sand, with the loungers and towels already out on the beach. Others swim laps at the infinity pool that runs to the sea horizon at the edge of the lawn. A few climb up to the rooftop, where a second pool sits above the trees with the cove visible to the west. Someone is in the gym behind a glass wall facing the garden. Lunch comes together at the covered outdoor terrace, and by dinner everyone is back inside at the long table.
Teeth of the Dog is a short cart ride up the road, ranked the Caribbean's top course by the World Golf Awards, and the resort's main beach and tennis courts are a quick drive away if anyone wants to leave the cove for a few hours. Most don't. Casa Caleton is the villa to book when a whole family or a close group is taking a week together for an anniversary or a milestone birthday — the kind of trip people plan a year ahead.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can Casa Caleton host a multi-generational family or close-friend group of 24 for a milestone week?
Yes. The villa sleeps twenty-four across twelve bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so there is no shared-bath logistics for a group this size. The main living spaces — indoor lounge, dining room, covered outdoor terrace, pool deck, rooftop, gym, and private beach — give the group enough zones to spread out through the day without anyone feeling on top of anyone else. Meals, daily upkeep, and service for the full party are handled in-house, so no one in the family has to coordinate logistics during the week.
Q: Does Casa Caleton have its own private beach, or do guests use Minitas Beach Club?
Casa Caleton sits directly on a private cove off the back of the property. Loungers and shade are set up on the sand and guests walk straight from the villa to the water without leaving the grounds. The resort's main beach at Minitas is a quick drive away if the family wants a change of scene for a day, but most days the villa's own beach is where the group ends up.
Q: Can Casa Caleton host a private dinner, family celebration or event for the whole group?
Yes. The indoor dining room hosts the main party, the covered outdoor terrace handles overflow or alfresco service, and the rooftop and pool deck both work for drinks and informal evenings. The kitchen handles full-group meals through the week. For larger events involving outside vendors — a rehearsal dinner, a milestone birthday with live music, a private chef takeover — the concierge team can coordinate setup with the villa owner in advance.
Q: What makes Casa Caleton different from other beachfront villas at Casa de Campo?
The private cove off the back of the villa is unique to the property — no other rental at the resort has its own beach to the same degree. The villa also has two infinity-edge pools (one at the lawn-edge facing the sea, a second on the rooftop terrace), a private gym behind a full glass wall to the garden, and outdoor showers built into walled tropical garden ensuites. The position in Caleton — the resort's quieter western pocket — means there is no through-traffic past the villa during the stay.
