Kings Castle is a three bedroom and 2-bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SE Cape. The home is centrally located to shops and restaurants and to one of the main roads, if you are enjoying the Florida lifestyle but being in the heart of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Kings' Castle features comfortable and cozy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with one king-size bedroom and two queen-size bedrooms.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up.
The main bedroom along with its En-suite bathroom, featuring a garden tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks, is located on the left side of the home, featuring a split floorplan with the other two bedrooms on the right side. The home features a living room and a family room with plenty of TVs for the entire family. The open kitchen as well as the dining room comprise the center of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The garage has two parking spots, and the home comes with bicycles (please use at your own risk).

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated salt water pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees on the dock with amazing views down the canal. This centrally located home guarantees to not disappoint the sun lovers with just relaxing views of the fish and wildlife. The home features a BBQ that guests can use.
