Good location. Great beach access. Pool and common areas well maintained. Rooms were spacious Took a minute to find where to check in. Overall communication was good. Price reflects that the unit needs some TLC. Clean though some areas are old and never quite look clean. We didn’t cook! Not sure how well the kitchen is equipped. Our family had a great time.

ok but not great

great seating. comfy sofa. several broken items... patio door curtain, master BR towel bar , shelf .

Very spacious and clean condo. There was a bag of dirty towels,laundry etc was left from last tenants. The listing does say there is a parking fee but does not notify that the parking fee is 100. The listing says there is a gym which was one of the reasons I booked this property but after getting there I found out the gym was only for owners so that is misleading.The toilet handle was broke in the second bathroom and the coffee machine was broke but after we notified them they came to replace coffee machine and fix toilet handle fairly quickly. Overall the condo is nice, view is great and location was awesome.

Disappointing

The living room, master bedroom, and kitchen were all in great condition. The second and third bedrooms both had missing binds resulting in the sun shining into the rooms early each morning. My family members were not able to get a good night's sleep. The second bathroom had a broken tub drain making it impossible to give my grandchild a bath. The owner did not leave a key FOB for us to gain entry into the building requiring us to be buzzed in each time we wanted access to the condo.

Communication and customer service went a long way. Property was a little dated but clean and as described. Would definitely stay again!!
