Welcome to Compass Point Villa. This 3 Bedroom - 3 bath private vacation home is located in SW Cape Coral, on a Gulf Access Canal and is fully equipped with everything you should need for a perfect vacation.
As soon as you walk into this private home, you will see a large bright and modern home. The large living room with open kitchen concept has views to the pool and canal. Living room also has a smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, utensils and so much more. The master suite has a king bed, Smart TV and on suite bath with soaking tub and shower. Off the living room are 2 other bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed with a on suite bath and water view. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and connected to the jack n jill bathroom.
The large lanai has a BBQ Grill, heated pool, 4 lounge chairs and dining table for 6 people. The private dock has also seating for 6 people, you can fish off the dock or rent a boat and tie to the dock.

The place looked tremendous online. It was even better in person. Beautifully appointed neighborhood was great. Location was great views were spectacular.

Great vacation house

We loved this house for our family vacation. House was exactly as listed. Every bedroom had a bathroom which was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was good so we could travel to different beaches. Caught fish off the dock. Loved the lanai. You could see the mosquitoes on the screen but none inside! We rent here again.

What a nice place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great home! Very clean and well stocked. We loved the heated pool and the views and access to canal!
