Great Stay

My parents, my husband and I came from Arkansas and Oklahoma for a family reunion over the weekend. Thank you for giving us a cozy and restful retreat every night that we stayed with you. Your home was clean and we had everything furnished for us that we needed. Will keep you in mind for future trips.

Clean, comfortable, roomy.

I only stayed in Wichita for one night, but the home had plenty of room for my friends and I, was clean, had a nice, hot shower, tv with Netflix, and was conveniently located near the airport. The coded lock for the entrance made it easy to get in and out.

Great place to stay. It was convenient to all the attractions we had scheduled. Very quiet & clean. A can opener would have been helpful & a new skillet. Otherwise, it had everything we needed.

Family Holiday

Spent time with family, enjoyed our stay in Wichita. House was very nice and spacious for three adults. Cement floors were cold on bare feet. No dish towels, dish cloths, can opener or colander in kitchen….thank goodness dollar general was close! Overall would stay again.

Updated and great space

We stayed here for two nights during state track. It was updated and clean. We all had plenty of space. The layout was perfect for our needs. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen as well as the bathroom. The only thing we needed was a toaster.

Good overall

More than enough space for four people (two couples). Doors were a little loud and hard to open and close. Neighborhood was a little sketch and the highway was in the front yard, but you couldn’t hear the traffic at all which was nice. Kitchen provided the necessary tools to cook breakfast. Super random but they didn’t have salt, just pepper. So you’ll want to bring your own salt. Haha There were four towels in each bathroom and shampoo/conditioner/body wash! Overall a good place to stay.

Softball weekend

The house layout was good it felt big for its square footage. The best aspect was the living room and kitchen. The kitchen could have been supplied a little better. There were no kitchen scissors pots and pans were limited. No spices salt or sugar. Our biggest complaint was cleanliness. The sheets smelled clean but the blankets were definitely questionable. The bathroom rugs were dirty and the shower curtain needed to be replaced. The neighborhood was quiet and relatively centrally located. The neighborhood was older and more ran down than expected. Overall the house took care of our needs and the management was responsive. .
