3915 Cape Coral paradise

We were not expecting what we got to say the least this is one of the nicest places we have ever been everyone is so friendly house was beautiful tucked back into a nice quiet neighborhood I highly recommended staying the women running the property was great thank you so much for the hospitality we will definitely be back

Very Cute and Clean

The pictures are definitely accurate. The house is cute spacious and super clean, along with the pool. Everything was perfect and we had no issues. I highly recommend staying here.

Terrible - not as advertised

Lawn not mowed. Grass a foot tall. Link out nest pool lawn area. Cracked concrete :missing tiles in pool. Pool filter and heater not on as requested. Broken lawn chair etc etc Inside missing basic amenities, grimy walls and trim. Black above vents. Toilet paper and towel holders broken. Worst of all. Black mold under kitchen sink. Zero cooperation from owner on resolution. Neighborhood is not great.Would not recommend.

Hi Rhonda, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:– We’ve arranged ongoing lawn maintenance to keep up with seasonal growth. The pool heater and filter were on during your stay, but unusually high temperatures after checkout caused the chemicals to burn off, which led to the water turning green. That’s now been taken care of. The cracked concrete and missing tiles are cosmetic and don’t impact the pool’s safety or use. We also include a map on the listing so guests can review the area ahead of time to ensure it suits their needs. We hadn’t been made aware of a broken lawn chair and couldn't find one. The towel bars have been repaired, and a temporary fix is in place for the toilet paper holder while final repairs are underway.– Missing amenities like the blow dryer, toiletries, and kitchen supplies were delivered promptly during your stay. We’re continuing to restock and update items so the home is fully equipped for future guests.– The home recently received a deep clean, and we’ve brought on a new cleaning partner to maintain higher standards moving forward. The area under the sink was inspected during your stay and found to have minor mold, which is being treated. The vents and trim are also being addressed to improve overall cleanliness.– We partnered with Evolve to provide a fair and timely resolution during your stay, including industry-standard compensation and responsive support throughout your trip.Thanks for your detailed feedback; it helps us continue to raise the bar for future guests.

Old and Dirty - Pool heat didn't work even though we paid for it.

We were very unhappy when we arrived and looked around the house. I want to be clear here - nearly everything was dirty. We tried to not be "those" people but this house was not a vacation destination home.Examples of this: The walls had visible dirt, food and hand prints all over the place The air conditioning vents had dirt marks extending out from the vent - this is a lack of cleaning or replacing the filters The kitchen table and counter were filthy. The provided cops and plates were all plastic and when I picked up a couple of them, they were dirty and sticky. We ended up not using the kitchen AT ALL. We bought cups and plates for any food brought back to the rental. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were disgusting - both dirty (like someone eating Cheetos wiped their hands on them) and the inner liner was covered in soap scum (it was clear in color, so this was very visible) Multiple broken items in the house too Last thing, the bed in the master bedroom-we pulled the covers back to look at them and the main was stained, literally covered with spots of something, 2-3 feet across in multiple places. We ended up changing the sheets out and couldn't use the comforter. We travel quite a bit and this was our first time using VRBO. I tried to talk to the local property contact within an hour of arriving. She told me she was the one that cleans the property and had pictures to prove it was clean. I knew right then it was useless to talk with her
