Excellent house

This is our second time renting this house and we have already booked for next year! Great for two family’s. House has everything you need for your stay. Clean, modern, great pool and 5 minutes from a quiet private beach. We love Lazy Days!

Sunny days at Lazy Days

Beautiful house in lovely community. Short walk to the clean, white sand beach. Lots of stairs though. Everyone enjoyed our trip to Lazy Days.

Great house, Great Location!

The house was as described. Lots of room. The pool was fabulous. Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. We loved the location!!!

Family get away

We had a wonderful week at lazy days. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and one toddler. This was a great location with a grocery store and many restaurants close by. It was just a short walk to the beach and they had 2 large wagons to help transport beach supplies. The pool was awesome after a day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Having the Master Suite has an incredible bathroom. We also loved all the balconies. So nice to wake up, have your coffee with that view. The Beach is great. The bike rides were magical. We highly recommend this property if you want to enjoy some "lazy days" to recoup from the daily grind.

Fabulous!

We have stayed in many properties on 30A, and this one ranks at the top. The private location, the large pool area, and very clean, spacious house are exactly as listed. Loved the labeling of all the light switches, genius layout of beds and baths downstairs, and amazing well stocked kitchen. Very short walk to the quiet, uncrowned beach. We will be back!!

The pool was great and the kids loved going back in forth from the beach to the pool. (beach literally 5 minute walk from house) The location was key for us. The kids could have some freedom to ride bikes all the way to Rosemary or even to the Hub closer to Watersound. We would definitely rent Lazy Days again and the management was SO great to work with. We have nothing but great things to say about it all!

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and just A couple of minutes from the beach. The pool was clean and large size. There are a lot of steps In and around the house. This property wouldn’t be ideal for someone that has issues with stairs. There is current construction next door. They do start working at 6:30 am. We weren’t able to sleep in because of all the noise and often our drive way was blocked with trucks. Overall the property is beautiful and we made lots of great memories at the Lazy Days.

Such a great location- quiet street, super quick walk to the beach (even with a 3 year old), and a bike ride away from Alys and Rosemary. We had a few minor issues and found Benchmark to be extremely helpful and responsive. The credit for gear was so nice to put towards bikes. We had great weather for winter and were SO happy with the heated pool!!

Great Stay

We just stayed with 2 familes in the home during spring break. The house was well appointed inside and everything was very clean inside the home. The house is well stocked with dishes, glassware, and any cooking items you would need. The location to the beach was ideal, a short 5 min walk. We paid to heat the pool and that was a smart play as the temps outside were a bit chilly but it didn't stop us from swimming in the heated pool. There was really only 2 drawbacks and that was the back yard looks like it could use some tlc but it didn't slow us down. The other was that there were no beach towels provided so bring your own. Otherwise the place was ideal for us and easy to get down to Rosemary Beach or Aly's for nightly dinners.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Lazy Dayz was a very cozy 3 story home, perfect set up for three families coming together for a relaxing fall break vacation. The home was well-decorated (enough of a beach theme without it being overwhelming or tacky) and was very well stocked with essentials (cooking utensils, extra towels and bedding). The pool was larger than expected and the option for heating it was great and allowed for a great extended play activity for the kiddos. The only challenge with this property was the Internet - it kept going out making it difficult to watch television or streaming services. The property management company came out multiple times to rectify the issue, but it kept disconnecting. A few of the sinks had plumbing issues and there were a few problems in the kitchen (non functioning ice machine and loose oven), but overall it was a great vacation home for a quick getaway.

On the other hand, we do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the internet. Please note however that although most of our properties have internet access. We do not guarantee internet connectivity due to service being provided by an outside vendor. We did howrever actively work during your stay to resolve the issue. We are happy to report that this is no longer an issue as our team was able to get it working. In regards to the sinks, plumbing and other maintenance issues highlighted; our team has been actively working on them; we are in the process of resolving these issues, They should be resolved in the shortest time possible and should not be an issue for future stays. We want to thank you for quickly reporting these issues during your stay as this gave us the chance to fix what we could at the time! Great house, poor response time form management company

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth time staying at Lazy days. On arrival we he no toilet paper in downstairs bathroom, no towels upstairs, the toilet on the top floor had not been cleaned and no soap in downstairs bathroom. The grill and oven were very dirty and no grill brush that was usable. We contacted Benchmark management and it took 3 calls, two texts and an email before we got a response. It also took until day 3 to bring us these items. We love the house and the location but this was definitely not a good start to our trip. No apologies or compensated.

Wonderful Time at Lazy Days

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at Lazy Days for five nights and six days. The pictures don't do the house justice-it was nicer in person than I expected. The private pool was an added bonus and the beach access was practically at the end of the street. A couple doorknobs need replacing in the home but besides that, our stay was fantastic!

Great house! Lots of stairs to beach though

This house was beautiful!! Couldn’t ask for a better house. Everything was comfortable, new, and clean. The pool was amazing and definitely no need for heat in June! Without it being heated, it was like bath water (it was also like 95 degrees outside every day we were there). We had three 4 year olds, one 6yo, one 10yo, 4 adults in 30-40s, and 2 adults in late 60s. We had plenty of space and all enjoyed our time. My only complaint with Seacrest is the number of stairs to the beach (you’ll find this issue with almost every Seacrest property though). There were 6 flights of stairs down to the beach. It was a little hard on my 68 year old parents and our 4 year olds. The walk from the house to the beach was 5 minutes though! So if you don’t mind the stairs, this place is perfect!!

Lazy Days anxiety

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful and was clean but I did not feel comfortable with white furniture in the living room. The doors to the balconies were very difficult to open and close due to the rusted hinges and other metal parts. It is in a great location with walking distance to the beach but in a neighborhood with a very strict HOA. I would only recommend renting this house if you have a family with no teens. The rental company personnel were rude and "short" with any contact made during our stay.

We will have our team inspect those balcony doors to ensure proper, easy use. We agree, the location of this home is fantastic! A stay at Lazy Days has a pool right in the backyard and the beach just a quick walk across the street! We apologize if the neighbors made your family feel unwelcome in any way. There are many permanent residents in the communities here along 30A, even in those such as Lazy Days that do not have an HOA. There are still noise ordinances and rules for the homes that must be followed and at times, the neighbors will report to us or the homeowner when these rules are not being followed. We do our best to kindly communicate this to guests and provide ample time to correct these matters before intervening further. Beautiful Home and relaxing stay

Home looked exactly as pictured. Very spacious, nicely furnished, and had thoughtful touches that made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The beach experience was less than stellar with dead fish onshore but the pool more than made up for it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Everything describes in the house were dead on it. The kitchen has everything you need, cleanliness top of the line. My family enjoyed and ready to stay again. The only thing are the stairs if you have an elderly member they can be to much. Loved, loved, loved.

Great House for 2 to 3 families. Chair rental issue

House is perfect for 2 families, potentially 3 families. House was really nice and had everything need for 4 adults and 4 kids under 9. Beach access at the end of the road. Short walk. Renting beach chairs was tough. Everything left of access will not allow rentals. Everything right allows chair/umbrella rentals. This was unclear from the beginning, and I wished we had some better advice. Packed muled stuff to beach for 2 days before we realized we could rent them Jake’s rental.

The house was extremely clean and we all had our own space. The beach was so close and we walked there w all our gear everyday. It maybe took 5 minutes. We have been staying in this area for years and this house was one of our favorites! Benchmark is a great company to work with and they responded to a few issues we had right away! Highly recommend!
