気になった点 : 清潔度、チェッ クイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Absolute joke of an accommodation. Didn’t get notified of check-in instructions. Called renter - told me the location I paid for was full but had “another” property - I obliged as I was up against the clock for a work function — arrived after being texted the address, to a rundown duplex in a questionable neighborhood - went in it smelled awful, there was another person “also” staying there I wasn’t told about - who was weird and rude. It was pretty gross, not super clean, and the room had weird rules for “cleaning” and hidden charges, and the bedding didn’t appear to be clean or changed from the person who left that day. Left immediately — notified the renter I was not staying there for the 2 nights I paid — notified Expedia for a refund twice, and VRBO twice for a refund — it’s been 7 days and it still hasn’t been rectified — terrible experience and had to make a separate last minute booking 20mins from my conference and outside the city due to availability and price. Disappointed to say the least.
