The house was very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable furnitue, fun touches of Cape Cod decor, and everything you could need or want. The large yard and nice patio were a big plus. We found the location convenient to all the places we were going and found a number of great restaurats minutes away.

Great location, large yard and clean

Very nice week. We were three families with 6 kids. Plenty of space and everything weNeeded. Can walk to pond or be at beach in 5 minutes. Attractions with in minutes.

Cape cod perfection

This is our second summer renting this beautiful home and will continue for years to come. Perfect location, nice neighborhood, short drive to beaches and restaurants. The home is very well stocked and comfortable for our family of 6 with plenty of room to spread out. Amy is an outstanding host. We’re already looking forward to our 2026 cape cod summer vacation. 10/10

Very nice stay for family reunion

There are a lot of bedrooms and a lot of bathrooms. Well maintained except the grass was very long when we arrived and the gardener came on a riding mower while we having breakfast outside so had to move everything back inside. No hairdryer was found and no ironing board or iron. Host offered to pay for one. Amy was very responsive!

The property is clean and comfortable. You will find it resembling the published photos. It is centrally located to explore the Cod and the islands as it is near the ferries. Communication with Amy, the host was great. She was prompt and even anticipated our arrival with suggestions. Shaw supermarket is 400 yards away so convenient.
