We have updated our listing to include a list of supplies we suggest guests bring or buy for after the starter kit we leave has been used. Hi Jill, Thank you for this review. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the property and the location! We actually do not advertise a grill anywhere on our listing. The grill you stumbled across was left there by a previous guest and has since been removed. The property has undergone some major updates and the deck was one of the projects the owners tackled. As for the landscaping, the complex sits in an area of natural sand/sea oat and sea oats cannot be removed due to environmental laws. We've also updated our listing to include a lists of items we suggests guests bring to use after the initial starter kit we leave is gone. Thanks again for all this feedback! Hoping to see you soon. Hello Abby, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We greatly apologize the construction affected your stay to this degree. This area was hit exceptionally hard by a hurricane late last year and COVID caused delays in construction materials, which caused construction to be completed during your stay. You should have had the opportunity to choose to move properties or stay in the property with a discounted rate, due to the inconveniences. The construction has been completed and is no longer an issue for guests. We have also taken new photos for this property, to show the current conditions of the home.
