The stay was absolutely horrible. Me and my family were staying at canada to visit my wifes sister, this apartment we booked was absolutely filthy. When we first arrive at the area its location already looked sketchy, there were people smoking and it was dirty, while we were walking up to our room it got even worse. The place was disgusting and it had this awful cigarette smell even though it said where we booked "no smoking area". But we finally got to the room and we were extremely disappointed. The place was disgusting, from the awful cigarette smell to how the rooms were unclean with spider webs and dust all over the place. We couldn't even stay in the room for 15 minutes since my children started to cough and sneeze at the dust and smell. But it got worse when the owner was very ignorant about our concerns over the place, it was a diffuclt proccess trying to communicate with him since he was completely unprofessional and was very disrespectful to us. It took several days and we didn't even get a refund nor discount even though we did not stay the night! He doesnt answer the phone or emails and he doesnt answer his employees too. Do not stay at this filthy place, it is not worth your time or your money. It was disgusting and we were ignored countless times by the careless owner. It was a horrible and tiring experience overall. If your staying at Montréal STAY AT A HOTEL! it is much cleaner and they will listen to your concerns, better than getting apartments like these.
