Great stay!

The house was beautifully renovated, featuring a fantastic backyard perfect for entertaining. Just steps from the beach, we found ourselves going almost every morning and afternoon. We can’t wait to return!

We loved the location. We were attending a softball tournament in Viera and it was only a 35 minute drive from house to the fields. Also easy walk of a few blocks to the beach! Communication with Amanda was excellent and maintenance took care of things quickly, like replacing propane tank the same day that I called. Definitely would return if we have softball tournament to attend again in Viera.

We plan on many return stays!

This property was perfect for our family. It easily sleeps 10, it’s the perfect walk to the beach and we loved the backyard. The neighborhood was full of friendly people out walking. The peacocks were absolutely gorgeous and so people friendly. The only thing we would like to see added would be an ice machine of some type. The freezer cannot possibly keep up enough ice for 10 people even for just daily use. When you add in the heat of the summer beach and needing even more ice for it, we made multiple trips per day for. Bags of ice.
