The large fenced in backyard with hot tub, outdoor BBQ, and outdoor fire pit is made for any getaway. There is also a game room/fitness in the temperature controlled garage! You are located just 1/2 a block from the beautiful sandy beaches and minutes to the Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants and Ron Jon for shopping! Also, with close proximity to the Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Theme Parks, shopping, and Airports.

Had very good communication. The house was well supplied with dishes, towels, sheets etc. Very nice modern style home with current amenities. Backyard was private and included a hot tub. Beach was very close. At the end of the street, less than half a block, cross the street and you will fins the walkway to public beach access.

The house was great. Plenty of room. It was just a short walk to the beach. Amanda was a great host and quickly dealt with any issues we encountered. It had a cool exercise/play room in the garage which was a nice surprise.

Fantastic stay!

Fantastic, immaculate, comfortable home. So close to everything we wanted to do! Less than 5 minute walk to quiet, uncrowded beach. Boogie boards and tons of towels provided. 25 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Lots of yummy restaurants in Port Canaveral especially Rising Tide. Very close to Cocoa Beach but we preferred the beach close by. Saw lots of cruise ships but it wasn’t crowded anywhere. We recommend SoBe Surf for paddle boarding 15 minutes away. Saw tons of manatees! Jet ski rental was also 15 minutes away. Saw lots of peacocks nearby.

Space Coast vacay

House was beautiful and close to the beach. Loved the artwork in the garage/ game room (great idea!). The pictures of the sleeping arrangements did not match the picture in bedroom 4. That was our only issue as we had 6 adults and 3 children. We worked out sleeping arrangements but thought we had chosen a home with plenty of space.

Holiday gathering

Beautiful home with relaxing patio oasis in backyard. Ample space for family traveling during holiday season. Owners were very responsive. Absolutely would book with them again!!

Stellar experience

Unique property for the area. Quiet, clean- beaches are quiet this far north. Been to the area for 20 years, next rental experience to date.

This place was fabulous.

The house the area we loved it all. And the wild peacocks roaming the area was so awesome to see. We got see SpaceX rockets launch on the beach. And feel the rumble. Pretty amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house for 3 generations, everything we needed!

We spent spring break at this house with our two teenagers and my parents-in-law. Great layout for our group, plenty of spaces to retreat to and was spacious enough to be together on a rainy day. The bonus rec space was cool and my daughter hung out there every night. Everything felt fresh and clean (I love the beach but don’t like the gross feeling of other people’s musty beach homes - didn’t have even a hint of that). If you are open to not being directly on the beach, this is a great option - truly just a few mins walk to the end of the block and across the street and you’re there! Beach was great, big and not packed. I was worried that being closer toward the canal where cruise ships dock, we’d have crowds, but wasn’t the case. The house had 6 lightweight beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 boogie boards, couldn’t have asked for more. Backyard table was shaded, perfect for dining al fresco especially if shade/shelter needed. From backyard, we saw two launches we didn’t realize were scheduled on our first night, so exciting for all! Close to Kennedy Space Center, and we did a guided night kayak on nearby Merritt Island (Day Away tours, I recommend). Saw lots of bioluminescent comb jellies and a dolphin swam by our kayak! The only reason I gave the location 4 stars instead of 5 is there are some sort of seedy apartments nearby. Big fenced in yard. When my kids were little I cared more about having a pool or beachfront location, easier w/naptimes. Would stay here again!

Labor Day get Away

It was a home away from home experience. It was a Work/Vacation; so WIFI big plus. Location to the beach was three blocks (beach gear included). Grill and back yard space was great for entertaining and family pet. Quite neighborhood. Easy access to various food / grocery and restaurants. Less than 10 miles from Coco Beach events and several Golf course within in 20-30 minutes. There were 5 adults with plenty of room to spare. 9 days / 8 nights. Would stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful new home, 4 minute walk to ocean, awesome!

Large beautiful home, much bigger than pictures or than we realized, huge master suite with 2 walk in closets, massive bath suite, plenty of room to relax, great fenced in yard, large game room in garage. Large formal dining area, 2 living rooms or dens, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 7 TV's, hot tub outside, luxury gas fire pit with plenty of chairs, outside covered porch with table and chairs.
