Checkin code didn't work. Call no answer. Later receive a text. Said we couldn't check until 4:00 (it was 3:00). Said they would fix it. Text that it was fixed try in 1 minute. Tried and still didn't work. Tried again in a couple of minutes, still didn't work. Relayed info via text. was told to try 1983 (not the last 4 digits of our phone number). That worked. Also light/fan in living room doesn't work( battery?).

Perfect location

I was in Massachusetts for a dog competition in Northampton. This rental was an easy drive to Northampton. There were many terrific restaurants nearby. Some were walkable. The rental had everything I needed and I had no complaints. Check in and out was simple. The rental was clean. I felt safe there as a solo female. And I appreciated the dog friendly accommodations with some green space across the street and a rail trail a block away.

Nice place, great location

I was in Massachusetts for a dog competition in Northampton. This was the perfect spot. Easy to get to Northampton. Many good restaurants nearby (highly recommend La Veracruzana)some walkable. I felt safe as a lone female. Home was as advertised. Clean and all the necessities provided. Greatly appreciated the dog friendly accommodations!!

Comfortable place in a great location for me and my dog. The green space across the street was a huge bonus and close proximity to the biking/walking trail was great.

Great location for all things pioneer valley

Really great location. Close to the 5 colleges. Good neighborhood- check out the river walk conservation area nearby (no dogs allowed there).Very clean and accurate to the listing. Guest contact was very responsive. We would stay again.

We loved the location for Smith College graduation weekend! The neighborhood and parking were great. Also really appreciated all the communication about our stay and the ease of checking in and out. There were plenty of bath linens and all the kitchen appliances worked great as well. The clean fresh updated look was also appreciated!

Great spot convenient to area places of interest

Perfect spot for our family to stay while visiting our daughter at Smith College. A bonus was the great breweries in walking distance! Note that there are stairs outside and in (both bedrooms and the only bathroom are on the second floor), so this place may not be for you if you have mobility issues around stairs.

The rental was close to the wedding venue and events we were attending. The park across the street was great to walk our dog. We had trouble getting and clarifying the check out process. The manager communicated with us each time we reached out.

Will stay again

We liked this property a lot! PROS: Great location, very clean, and clear communication with hosts. We will plan to stay again and have my in laws rent out the duplex unit next door. Be sure to check out the co-op grocery store 5 min away - so good. CONS The bathroom is VERY small and the door doesn’t close all the way. Be advised that plugging in the hair dryer with the AC unit running will short out the upstairs power. Glad it was easy to reset. Also, having more TP and paper towels would have been much appreciated for our family of 5.

Great Location for wedding guests

Stayed here for friends wedding taking place in the Boylston Rooms in the mill. Was able to walk to the venue. Quiet neighborhood nice location. The unit looks like it was flipped recently - new floors/bathroom/kitchen/paint. Very easy to check in.

Great location!

Everything was as expected and clean. So close to Easthampton downtown area. If you have difficulty with stairs it may not be for you.

Easthampton Quaint & Quiet 2 BDRM

Our stay was wonderful. Apartment was spotless. New AC's & ceiling fans made for pleasant sleeping. Updated programmable door lock system made it easy to remember code. All new kitchen appliances and laundry in the basement. Private parking spot included and plenty of overflow parking adjacent. Apartment was close to everything but the neighborhood was secluded and very quiet. 3 minutes to Silver Spoon breakfast spot. Area was very accommodating to stroll after dinner. Renovated factory across the street had several spots we enjoyed going into especially the Brewery & the Vintage Shop. This definitely was a 5 STAR stay - we recommend it highly.

You will not find a better location in this price range in Western MA. Walkable, comfortable, and complete with every amenity necessary for an amazing stay. I had a lovely stay at this Easthampton, MA house while visiting my daughter at Smith College. It is perfectly located for touring around the Pioneer Valley! As a newly renovated unit, it is clean, tidy and well-appointed. Parking and entry to the house is easy and communication was excellent!

This is one of the best properties in the Pioneer Valley for the price. Comfortable, clean, and central. The team at Evolve and the local property manager are incredibly kind and responsive. Check-in was flawless and our stay was an absolute 10/10 from top to bottom. Keep in mind this property does have stairs to get to the bathroom and bedrooms, but the double railings made it a breeze for my elderly parents. The location is unbeatable, so many things to do within a five minute walk from the front door. You will not be disappointed with this stay!
